While the salesmen are very good at selling you a mattress, and the mattresses are nice, the customer service ends there. They won’t even help an older couple load it up into their vehicle-God forbid they accept any responsibility for it past their back door. What kind of company does that? Unbelievable

When I first moved to Chicago for graduate school, I didn’t have a bed. At the age of 22, I had spent four years on school dorm beds and really didn’t have a bed that I could take with me to Chicago. Before going to Verlo, we figured out a daybed with a trundle would serve me best in a tiny studio. When we got there, we weren’t helped immediately. When we were helped, the salesperson directed us to the catalog of daybeds. I decided a pretty, scrolled one and then tried out the mattress. I went for a basic mattress for the trundle and a princess twin for the main daybed. After placing our order, the beds and daybed frame itself arrived in about a week or so. When it came time to put the bed together, it wasn’t too difficult and fairly easy to assemble. Over the years, many friends and families have slept comfortably in the beds with no complaints. Almost six years later, I still have the same mattresses and daybed frame. Recently, I’ve purchased a nice slipcover and some pillows for it to make it truly double as a couch. The Verlo quality has held up well over time and will definitely use them again when I need to purchase another bed.
