This place is awful. The service here is horrible. Lady literally laid on the bed and i hd to wait 10 min for her to get up and talk to me. I purchased a box spring because it was cheap and close. Worst decision. It squeaks and isnt the right size. They now tell me that always happens and it shouldn’t be correct size. To get a replacement is a 80 delivery which is the same price as the box spring it self. Never come here. Go any where else.

Please see my review on the Mattress FIRM webpage. But, if you’re in a hurry, suffice it to say that over the years I’ve purchased several mattresses and this particular mattress and purchase experience was by far the best ever. And guess what, No More Morning Backache!
