My favorite auto yard in all the world. Rebuilt the front end of my mustang on less then half what other yards were charging. I live out in olympia so its a bit of a drive, BUT at the prices they boast even with the gas I spend to get here I’m usually still ahead by 20 – 40 bucks. They always seem to have some of the rarer stuff too, for my bmw or my Galaxie 500, parts you just can’t find except off another old ford or worse european import. So… Go HERE!!! they are what junkyards are all about

Getting good customer service at a salvage yard is probably not what too many people would expect. However, that is exactly what I received. I had checked another lot and they referred me to this location on Meridian. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly female(didn’t catch her name) and told her what parts I was looking for. They had 5 or 6HHR’s in the lot and they were in the private lot. She stated an escort would need to go out with me and that it would be 5 – 10 minutes. There was an employee(Jim) looking up parts on the computer and he immediately said, «I can take him out». So, he looked up the locations. Pointed out that the vehicles were in the very back of the lot, but that there was one on the way. Well, not only was it the same year as mine, but it was the same exterior and interior color. I opened up the door and found the trim piece I was looking for(only a few dollars part at best). But, they also had a rear shelf that I didn’t think I’d find. So, he pulled the parts out for me. Very friendly guy. Very helpful. Went back up to the front and they charged me for the shelf($ 40), but looking online it would have been upwards of $ 100. They gave me the small trim piece I had been looking for. I will use these guys again.

omg. My whole week planned around a phone conversation and Internet order where they promised me that they had the part, that I could order it, and that it would be shipped out on Monday. No phone call, no email until over 48 hours later when they notified me they couldn’t send me the part after all. That’s after them telling me, «yes, we have it. Yes, we’re sending it.» Sorry. I could have ordered from 5 companies in the past 3 days if this company hadn’t promised they could deliver. Had they told me, «sorry» 3 or 4 days ago, no problem. No. Refunding my money now is not enough… but at least they did that.

Ordered a door that was graded AAA in the description but upon delivery it had scratches, paint pealed off. It was mishandling, no protections whatsoever. Took two months to ask for an exchange. Ended up not honoring it. The guy declined issuing credit. I ended up complaining to credit card company about it. Their accounting clerk made threat. I recommend not using their online system or at least inquire enough photos before ordering something from them. They also post same items on eBay, so just be aware the disinformation in descriptions.

This is an excellent place to go for your junk yard needs. IT’s HUGE! Staff is mediocre but always willing to answer questions and the prices are fair. Open 7 days too!
