I wouldn’t recommend Clear Vision to even my worst enemy. When I first went to Clear Vision for my initial eye exam, they were awesome. They made my experience comforting and I thought I found a good optometrist for my friends and family to go to. I order my frames and lenses from them December 2014. Towards the end of January 2015 I decided it was probably time to call and see if my glasses were ready for pick up. They put me on hold for a decent amount of time, picked back up, and told me my «insurance lost the glasses» ALSO that they had no record of what frames I had ordered so I needed to go back in, pick new frames, and they would get those ordered right away. Okay, fine. I did as they asked and by the end of February I called again and to my surprise my «INSURANCELOSTMYGLASSES, AGAIN!»(Bs) Again, they had no record of what I had ordered from them. They started texting me pictures of frames that they thought I had ordered. Finally I ended up just going back in, sitting behind the desk with them, finding the frames I ordered online, and then they ordered me the 3rd set. I received my glasses in March 2015. The only positive thing I can say about them is that towards the end they were calling me every day to try and figure out my whole situation. The girls in the front are awesome and extremely nice but shit, waiting 3 months for glasses? I don’t think so.

Necie, Ashley & Dr. Pham were all wonderful! They accommodated me on short notice & were very down to earth & professional. I recommend this office to anyone in need of optometry services in the Puyallup & surrounding areas!

I went in for my routine eye exam and because of my experience during the exam and buying glasses, I will not go back. The doctor was nice but the staff was rude and unknowledgeable. When she was fitting my frames, the dots to mark the lenses were way off(I know because I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 10). I mentioned it and she snapped at me and barked for the other gal to come over. She quickly confirmed the error and fixed it. Nine weeks later when my glasses finally came in, there were multiple unexpected charges and the frames didn’t fit my face. She worked on them for about 30 minutes and said«that’s the best they’re going to get» and sent me on my way. They still didn’t fit. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re expensive and rude.
