I switched from T-​Mobile to Verizon and had great customer service with Kelsey but ideas a little confused on how to trade in my old iPhone so inert back and again had exceptional service from Jillian! Its like a little family when you walk in and I never have felt like that when I have been to any other cellular store. Usually it’s a huge sales pitch! Way to represent Graham! Good job ladies! Keep up the great work!
