Apparently your employes feel the need to private message people after a bad review. The reason I know its an employee they wrote a review saying«its called us being busy» or something along those lines. I never clamied to be a critic, just a paying customer who likes good service. Because of this I will make sure my family and friends do not eat here again.

This place is awful. We will never return. Rude workers and our order was wrong. This is not the first time we have experienced this here. We haven’t been back in about 6 months. Tonight we decided to give it another try. Guess what It hasn’t gotten any better. Rude workers who obviously don’t want to be there and once again they got our order wrong. Don’t waste your time going here!

Nail Banger Here Again; When it comes to Chain Burger Jack in the box offers Fresh made to order food. I will not go just anywhere nowadays. I find that most places just through the food together. I got the new Double Jack it was very good. But there are places like here in Graham where they do care. The place was clean and plenty of lighted parking.

This Jack in the Box truly lives up to its street name: Jack in the Crack. I have also heard variations such as Puke in the Box. Etc. Anyways. This place ROYALLYSUCKS, my order comes out wrong every time I come here. When I order over the drive thru, I am interrupted with excuses as to why their shake machine isn’t working and their employees who have seemingly negative IQ’s. Tonight was the grand daddy of F ups for me, I whipped through at 10:30pm simply asking for a strawberry shake and a monster taco! BUTNO, according to the brainless employee, after 10 the shake machine seems to be out of order. What, did they put that shit on a timer? What kind of 24 hour place is this? We proceeded to back out of the drive thru, passing a homeless man on our way out– who was camping in their parking lot.

Tom the manager helped us he was awesome he took over the store recently and they have changed the staff dramatically and service was Great and the food was probably the best I’ve ever had at any Jack-in-the-Box. Kudos to the franchisee for making Tom a manager you could see he was also doing a great job working with his people and training and leading them as I watching what they were doing and interacting. He was going to the store with a checklist and making sure everything was done I’m going through it with employees.

This place is a joke. Been sitting in the drive through for the past 20 minutes and we haven’t even moved. I thought this was fast food? Now thy are telling me they have to charge for water? Seriously. It’s fucking water and a 2 cent cup. This place is a god damn joke.

Quite simply: Won’t be going here anymore. A simple order in the drive through. Chicken nuggets and a medium soda. Open bag in my lap to check to make sure it’s mine: See bottom of fry holder and fries dumped in the bag. This was no «accident” — I haven’t even left the drive-thru driveway yet. So I fish the box of nuggets out from below the spuds. Next up: Straw into drink, right? Get the wrapper off, get it ¾» through the lid hole… And it stops. WTF? Try to jostle it around, not doing any good. Take off lid. Yep: they filled the cup to the brim with ice before they added 5.2 of the 32 ounces of soda I was expecting. So thanks there, too — three sips later and it’s gone. An hour later and I still have the ice. So no thanks, you’ve had the last of my business.

Terrible service and rude employees. They obviously have Horrible management. First off, all of them look like they haven’t showered in a few days. Then they keep on with their conversations while someone comes in while you are trying to order. Lastly, the last time I went there the kept cussing at each other(loudly by the way) and my toddler son was asking what they were saying! VERYUNPROFESSIONAL

I can’t even give them any stars… The staff at this restaraunt are completely incompetent as is the manager Tom. We sat in the drive thru waiting to order for at least 10 mins without being able to back out and then after ordering we sat there another conservatively 15 mins waiting for the ONE car in front of us to receive their order! I called the manager Tom on Tues. to discuss my concerns and his little teenie bopper girl said that there is a lady on the phone that wants you Tom and no not that way either! One can only imagine the physical gestures that were taking place. I let the manager Tom know that his staff is a reflection of HIS management abilities and that wasn’t very good. He was irritated by the chastisement. I informed him that his one emplyoees Brent straight out lied to me when I called to talk to the manager on the day of the event. He sounded as though he was not concerned by this. I encourage all PAYING patrons to start holding the managers and staff members accountable for better customer service then this. If we simply just keep our mouths shut and say nothing then the staff come to believe that their actions or lack there of is acceptable to the paying public.

Call them out on it and they’ll do a half ass job blending it. They’ve never ever ever gotten an order right. Ran by a bunch of teenagers probably just goofing off in the back. I don’t see any effort going towards anything else!!!

HORRIBLE! I have gone to this location multiple times, I guess for the convenience of closeness. But I WILLNOT go anymore. Holy cow I have had so many bad experiences here. I ordered a breakfast platter with bacon AND sausage. After waiting in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes I finally got the platter. The sausage was WAY undercooked, it was this super light brown pinkish color. Apparently they were more concerned about times, not quality. The sausage was touching the bacon and hash brown, So I threw the whole thing away. The crew here is completely tuned out to everything going on and have no sense of urgency. They have forgotten items, such as fries, with my order after I was in the drive thru line for 18 minutes. Drug tests should be required because I’m pretty sure the guy taking payment wouldn’t have stared at me blankly for 30 whole seconds if he had actually NOT been high. And I would agree with other reviews that I have been told multiple times that they are«out» of something that I want. How is this place still open with this many bad reviews???

I honestly think it’s impossible for this JIB to get an order right. Not to mention it takes for ever in the drive through. Spend the extra 5 min and drive 5 miles up the road. It will save you a lot of hassle and frustration.

This is the worst Jack in the Box in the area. They always mess up my order– they forget something, make it wrong, or are out of stock. The out of stock thing seems to be quite frequent… I know for a fact that Jack in the Box does not shut down their fryers for the night(they are open 24hrs… seriously), yet the employees try to use this excuse all the time. They may be down for cleaning, but not for the ENTIRE night. I have been told they have been out of cheesecake, lettuce, salads, tacos(how the hell does Jack in the Box run out of tacos), egg rolls, and each of these was a SEPARATE time. I am always told their shake machine is «down.» The manager or franchise owner at this location seriously blows and is terrible at their job if they are ACTUALLY out of stock of things constantly, and can’t seem to hire competent employees who can get orders correct.

Worse jack in the box I’ve ever been to! Been here 3 times since it opened all disappointing! Give jack in the box a bad name. Wasn’t even busy and they served up disgusting cold seasoned fries and mixed w regular fries because they didnt want to make us new ones !! Burnt burgers and Hamburger buns were stale and even the diet coke was out! Never going back again, they should relocate after all these bad reviews!

I would give this a 0 stars if I could. I have given this place several chances. After 5 – 6 visits they have NEVER gotten my order correct and the wait is absolutely ridiculous each time. If you go inside you can tell none of the employees know how to do their job. I don’t understand how this place is still open!!!

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Worst service ever! Always get the order wrong in the drivethru. Snobbiest employees. I had an order for 3 people, and ordered a free 5pc nuggets for my daughter because I had a coupon. When I was paying, and gave the coupon, I was given a look like I was awful for using a coupon. Then when she gave me the new total, I showed my military ID for the discount, again another look. Then I have her my card to pay for the meal, got it back with the receipt… No discount. WTF. I pull off to the side because I know they always forget something! And I guessed right, forgot fries for my combo. How do you forget fries to a combo? The only combo I ordered. I go inside to get my curly fries, see her put fries in the bag, get home… Regular fries not curly. WORST jack in the box. Drive the extra 3 – 5 minutes up meridian and enjoy a better jack in the box.

Terrible service, nasty, it’s like walking into a restaurant of thugs. Employee friends hanging out raising hell. That was the first and last time I visit a Jack in the Box. It took 20 minutes maybe longer to get our food and then it was cold. Avoid this place like the plague!
