With over an hour until their closing time they could not fill an order for chicken. This is the second time this has happened. Not impressed.

I’ve been here twice now. Both times the service was friendly but both times they didn’t give me even one napkin. I used the drive thru both times. Also on the second time I asked for«alot of red fire and green sause» I ended up with a few yellow mild sauce packets. So two times and these issues. Although not food related issues it is enough for me not to go back again.

The problem with this place is you never know what you’re going to get. If you go at the right time(before or middle of lunch/dinner rush) you get a really good meal. Crisp chicken, delicious corn, warm biscuits. However, if you miss the rush you get the leftover lukewarm, soggy, food. After rush the food should be replaced so customers Can get a consistently good meal.

I’ll start with the good: fast friendly service. Now for the rest: A few weeks ago we ordered the big box meal, and it came as advertised with a medium mashed potato like the commercial shows. A week later we ordered the same thing, and inside was a small mashed potato, and they substituted the cookie for a brownie. Not the end of the world, so we tried it one more time. The last time(today), the meal came with a small mashed potato dish again, and no dessert at all. Of course you dont notice this kind of thing until you get home, so I did not go back to complain. Bottom line: if KFC cant afford to sell the big box meal, they should pull it from the menu rather than shortchanging customers.

I like this place. The staff is friendly and they have never messed my order up. I don’t think going to the drive through I have ever sat for more than two minutes. The other reviews on here are kinda old so I’m wondering if maybe they overhauled management?

Obviously it’s not going to be gourmet… It is KFC after all. I’ve eaten here a handful of times. I’ve never been inside, only used the drive thru. Sometimes the line is long and I spend 10 minutes or more just waiting to order, but once I order I pay and get my food really fast. Never had our order wrong either. My husbands only objection would be that they don’t have beans at this location.

Let me start out by saying, the only thing I don’t like about this place is the parking, the parking is TERRIBLE, how they have it set up, other than that, they always are super fast, really funny/nice, the guy that talks over the speaker, that is recorded is funny, they ALWAYS repeat your order back to you, they pretty much have your order ready by the time you get to the window, all seem to work as a team and just don’t mess around! Good food, good team, good place!

This place has horrible customer service to start and the food was gross i ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and the meat was so watery it just fell out every where, we asked for a new one and it was just as bad, i ended just throwing it away. I would definitely not recommend it.

I would just eat the KFC menu here, and have something other then fries as the fries sucks, they do have real good coleslaw, decent mash potatoes– one thing though I dont get, why do they need High Fructose Corn Syrup in their honey? Honey is sweet enough without it! There Potato Wedges are good– if there fresh. In regards to the chicken, I only get the Breast since I only like white meat.

We went through drive-thru and it was okay at first. The guy who took our order was nice until the end when his coworkers behind him are yelling and screaming about God knows what! He didn’t even apologize. Unprofessional. By the time we pulled up to pay, our food was waiting for us. When we got home, everything was right. The Mac ‘n Cheese at this location isn’t AS good, but edible. I usually don’t get mashed potatoes and gravy, but the wait for the green beans was a long one. The gravy was good, I’ll give them that, BUT the mashed potatoes was DISGUSTING! The taste was completely fake and it actually tasted like POISON. Not that I drink poisonous products from time to time, but it was the most horrendous thing I’ve ever ate. At least our chicken was decent and the biscuits are always nice and fluffy. Personally, you deserve no stars whatsoever! STAYAWAYFROMTHISLOCATION!

When my son and walked in to this KFC/Taco Bell I almost fell down due to the floor being so dirty. There was one other customer in the restaurant and the one employee I could see was talking to him very loudly. We stood at the counter for a good 3 mins before I had to ask him to help us. We ordered and he says $ 21.75 for me and my son.(two meals) I knew this could not be correct but I paid. We got our meals, however it took awhile. I noticed right away that our order was missing items, when I said something to the cashier he told me it was all there. And he would not give us the items. So I ask for a refund on the meal that was missing food. He called his manager and again the manager Mr. Margo gives me a hard time. He’s gives me $ 4 refund back on a $ 5.79 meal. He told me he would not refund the drink. Ok, here I noted I just paid $ 17.00 for my sons 3pc meal. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it with my son waiting for me so I called the manager when I got home. Mr. Margo said he was the owner of the KFC /Taco Bell, I told him that we got over changed for our meal and he told me, «No you did not. You paid for what you got.» He would not listen to a word I had to say. He added, «I am the owner manager, and if I say you didn’t get over charged, then you didn’t; and there is nothing you can do about it.» I told him I would call Corp. He said, «It wont do you any good, I have the final say.» Just one more thing. When I left I noticed the cashier was talking again with the only customer in the restaurant. We were in the restaurant for a good 30 mins there was no other customers at that time. I can see why now. I hope my son doesn’t get sick tonight from the chicken. I gave the one star for the coke.

To be perfectly honest I had already made up my mind to give this place 2 stars before I walked in just because it was KFCAND Taco Bell. After experiencing it for myself though I can only give it one. Here is why: We ordered the 7 piece combo that they had advertised and one crunchy taco. We waited more than 10 minutes for our order. Do not try and convince me that they were making my meal from scratch. They had trays and trays of chicken sitting there. The other thing was this place was gross. I mean I kind of expect fast food places to be pretty bad but there was trash everywhere, tables were gross, they were out of tons of stuff including wet wipes. I don’t care how starving I am when I get off of Mount Rainier, I will not be going here.
