V Nails 2

Was going there over 5 years and from time to time she wouldn’t put my gel on correctly or my nails would start lifting before a week of getting them done so I would let her know so we can figure out the problem. I didn’t always necessarily get them fixed because I didn’t have time to go in but the last two times my nails started lifting within days I let her know the problem n it’s not like I asked her to fix them because I didn’t have time I was always working, I just wanted to fix them on my next appointment and then all of a sudden she was avoiding me when it was time to schedule my regular 2 week appointment. She was doing to me what she does to other people. Over the years ive seen alot n how she runs and she started treating me like all those walk ins. If anybody ever let her know that there was a problem with the nails she didn’t like it. She would make the customer sound bad and say that they always complained. But I’m sure they had a reason to. So anytime I told her I had a problem she didn’t like it as well. If you’re going to be doing nails and something goes wrong, who else are you going to tell but the person that did your nails right? At the end of the day she ends up blaming the customer because something went wrong which is ridiculous. I’ve never been treated so poorly after bringing good business and being loyal I could have left a long time ago because there was various times I would be upset but loyalty means more to me. She does have talent so I would continue to go back. I tried to be understanding. BUT when I just tried to make my last appointment she was giving me the runaround and I’ve seen her do it to other people when she doesn’t want to do their nails and I don’t think it was right, she was more than just a nail girl and the treatment that I received it was like I was nothing and my business was never appreciated. when I would call her shop she would be in the background telling her girls to tell me she’s at the store. If you’re a big tipper she definitely treat you like royalty. I’m very disappointed and very sad at the turnout and the treatment that I received I felt like I was slapped in the face and she just gave up but you can’t blame a customer when you something that you’re doing goes wrong its not my fault and it’s not like I wanted to come to her and make up stories. All I wanted was a good job done and to last at least 2 weeks. I brought her lots money over the years n this is not how you treat someone. Now I’m left w nails lifting before my 2 weeks n have to find a new place. SMH

I just started getting my nails done again after moving to Puyallup almost a year ago. Went to another salon two weeks ago, and was not happy with the service or my nails. Found this shop today and am extremely happy with my nails. Will be making this my shop. Very clean and very good service. Also, very busy so you may want to make an appointment. Plus they are open on Sundays.

The nail polish looks cakey and cheap if you ask them to fix it they give you attitude. I have never been more frustrated and will never be going back. Horrible customer service. Prices change at their whim of what they think they should charge

When I first started my acrylics I came to this spot. I came here pretty frequently as they were having a good deal on designs. Come to find that after your first set, it’s not free and they charge you by each nail. She actually gave me my price which was $ 30 because she added a gel coat without telling me, and told me my total came to $ 35 including tip. EXCUSE ME?! How rude!!! Worst customer service ever never returned and never will the last resort. Who asks for a tip and includes it in the total?! Not only that, my acrylics would peel off and bubble so fast & when I went to get a fill she clipped everything off and applied the tip and acrylic over the old one!

I normally go to the nail salon across from here that’s by Fred Myers but they were packed so I came here. They cut all my nails off to the skin. I was just getting them painted so that was unnecessary. The French tip was un even & the lady’s didn’t even try to have a conversation with me. Extremely rude place and I will not come back.

Seriously the best salon in Puyallup.
They care more about providing excellent service than making money which is rare. I went in before work and was in a hurry. I only had an hour and they still did an excellent job and were friendly!

Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and love their nail art! I took my daughter with me and treated her with a mani, pedi. They were so good with her and made her feel special. We both enjoyed the experience.

Not happy at all with my pedicure! The water was cold, she scrubbed way too hard and now my feet feel rug burned, kept scratching me with her acrylic nails especially when she massaged my legs, so disappointed cause that’s my favorite part of a pedi! No customer service skills, and to top it off the polish is clumpy so it looks as horrible as it was, definitely not coming here anymore:(I have had an ok experience here before, so I guess its hit or miss, but I won’t be coming back.

I have been a regular customer of VNails since I moved to Graham 2 years ago. I went to many local nail shops before I realized that VNails is the all around best place for me! The owner Vanny & her staff are stellar at what they do! Customer service is always their priority along with great services and amazing nails & pedicures! If you love to show off your fancy nails I recommend you try VNails too see for yourself what amazing work they do!!! =)

I love V Nails! Since moving to Puyallup this is the only place I go. The salon is bright and clean, the staff is always friendly and the services are very affordable
