I haven’t gotten my food yet but the drive thru man has been really nice and has made this experience one to remember. As a frequent customer of McDonalds, I know when service is bad and this service wasn’t that, it was good. Food is here, gtg, ttyl!

What a shame to have a shitty ass McDonald’s, in your area. I’ve come over 10 times to this location and every time there is a different issue with my Sundae! This location is a FAIL when it comes to having a Sundae…

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The service is slow and no matter what time of day you go to the drive through expect to wait at least 15 minutes or longer whether there are 2 cars in line or 6. Just terrible.

Worst drive thru experience ever! Pulled up and placed my order at approx 1:20pm didn’t even reach the pay window till 1:40pm…left without paying or receiving any food because waiting was going to make me late for work. Next time I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Slowest McDonald’s in the world. It literally doesn’t take shorter than 15 mins to order and get food.

Very poor service. After our baseball practice, we decided to pick up some quick dinner for the family at McDonalds via the drive-​thru. Sart time 7:50pm. Ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins with egg, a 20 piece McNuggets meal and a quarter pounder deluxe (no pickles) meal. As I approach the window I’m told to wait in parking spot 1, since they are waiting on my Sausage McMuffins. Waited 10 minutes and nobody came out. My wife goes inside the McDonald’s to find out what’s going on. She comes out 10 minutes later (8:10pm). She was told they were still working on the McMuffins and our Nuggets. Seriously, I could have made dinner at home. For our inconvenience, they gave her a blueberry pie. Disappointed. At this time, my kids are upset and hungry. So much for a quick meal. Surprise, surprise I open up my quarter pounder delux and notice no onions but I discover pickles on my burger. Very disappointed with McDonald’s and it’s customer service.

I rarely eat fast food but this one is close to my house so I occasionally grab it for the kids or I go to get an ice cream sundae. The last few times, the fries weren’t just cold, but ice cold.
I just now ran up to get a caramel sundae. When the girl handed it to me, I asked her where the little bag of nuts was. She looked at me (like I was the stupid one) and said, «They are inside the napkin on the side». Why I believed her, I don’t know but here I am at home and there was no bag of nuts!
It’s just irritating that there is THAT much turnover and incompetence there.

This place is the worst McDonald ever the place is very dirty and management is so worried about turn the board around and getting the customers taken care of… Too me there are more Chiefs here than Indians (workers)

This place is just horrible I will never come to this place because it’s dirty inside and outside and the meat is just terrible. The French fries are soggy and not fresh at all.

I pulled up yesterday around 1 pm. The boards only had drinks and the dollar menu. The unwelcoming young male cashier asked to take my order. I asked if this was the entire menu. He said yes. I said it’s only drinks and the dollar menu. No response from cashier. Good thing I knew what I wanted. Order. Pull around to pay. Ask the guy — so you only have drinks and the dollar menu right now? Guy — oh is that what it’s showing? YES THATS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO TELL YOU. Oh I’ll have someone change it. Can you hate your job any more???

Horrible cust. Service, and even worse with how long it takes to get food in the drive thru!

They suck! They’re super slow and honestly are more confused about their own menu than I am. I kid you not I was stuck in drive thru. for ten mins. and sadly that wasn’t even the worst part. They skipped my drive thru lane to order about 3 or 4 times. When it was my turn to get my order it wasn’t ready so they had me waiting for another ten mins! Worst place ever! RUN !!!

I didn’t know a McDonald’s could have such low standards. So… BE CAREFUL of the rancid oil used on your food there. I had some fries the other day and the over used oil taste was VERY EVIDENT! That is also a health issue when one ingests rancid oil. According to all the other negative reviews, I think the health department needs to pay a visit to this establishment.

For the sake of what we should eat and shouldn’t eat sometimes it’s just too convenient. This newly remodeled McDonalds is open24 hours (the drive thru at least) and the staff is very nice.
Typically when I would work late and be coming home at 2AM, or maybe after a few too many drinks, I stop by and grab a bite to eat.
Sometimes this location does get pretty busy though. The drive thru can look very long and for the most part it is quick but sometimes it can be a little slower.
The menu changed a little bit and it’s something I’ll have roger used to. It’s kind of confusing and this location has different menus at different times so you can even see certain items that you an order. This can be frustrating but I’m sure you can work through it.
The parking lot can be a bit sketchy in the middle of the night but that is a given. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for something quick and easy.

It’s a McDonalds so what can you expect? I won’t even bother to comment on the typical greasy, artificial food it serves. There is one exception, however, and that is it serves good coffee. Not gourmet but good still. The drive-​thru is a double lane which merges into one for payment and pick-​up. The wait is not never too long.

I have come to this McDonald’s a few times since its been remodeled about a year ago. I always have positive experiences, but wish they would clean the lobby more frequently.
Staff is friendly and Love the new triple cheeseburger!

Good things: 24/​7, pretty close to the 118, acceptable fries…
Bad things: bad coffee, no napkins.
It’s ok for fast food.

Good service and traffic moved in and out of the restaurant with a quick flow. The place is nice and modern with wifi but they really needed to wipe down the tables because they were all messy with crumbs and ketchup stains.
The counter people were nice and helpful. This is a pretty chill spot as far as McDonald’s goes.
