Robeks Juice

This place is great! The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. This place is very clean and I love the fact that I can see them chop up the fruit and vegetables in its true form and add them into my drink. I know I’m getting fresh and healthy ingredients, which makes it worth every penny. They also have a great rewards program. And I love that they help and rescue cats. They care and want to help, people like that are hard to find now a days. Uuuummmm, and their smoothies are so good and a lot better for you then those other guys. Hummingbird is my favorite. Good company, good people, good service, good product, they all good. A+++

Cons: the close too early, would think they’d be open later on the weekends. Many of their smoothies only come in medium and large sizes, although they do offer a small size.
Pros: very fresh and tasting.
Didn’t like the acai especial bowl because the watermelon didn’t shine through, plus it gave me the

Staff doesn’t have any customer service skills. When asking questions they seem to be in a hurry and aren’t very considerate. Not coming back for bad service.

Came in and gave this location another shot, the 3 girls working today, 10/​21/​2015 @ 4:50PM were AMAZING! They were friendly and absolutely wanted to serve with a smile. I asked for «Evergreen» as usual with ginger… they did it, and the nice gal even asked if it was spicy enough for me. She was awesome!
This team /​staff were perfect… and have re-​earned my respect to Robeks.
Stay away from Sebastian and the guy that looks just like him though. I’m sure they’re nice, but if it’s closing time and they want to go home, you better come back another time. (see 1 star review below)

I came to the store on a Sunday, 10/​18/​2015 @ 7:50PM (10 min. before closing time), hoping to get the «Evergreen» juice. As soon as I got in, the two people working the store looked upset, like I messed up their closing duties. I asked for the «Evergreen» — and Sebastian said, «Oh the juicer is broken» — I looked at the juicer, it looked fine and I said, «Is it broken or you closed it for the night?» — He changed his mind and said, «Oh, it’s closed.» So, clearly, they just didn’t want to clean it again, get veggies ready, etc. (and I understand, if they just said that, I would’ve understood and left.).
Anyhow, they knew that I knew they just did not want to clean it up again. so, as I was about to leave, I said, «What’s your name?» — Another guy who looked just liked his brother tried to take the blame for it and tried to give a different name. but Sebastian (I don’t even know if that’s his real name or his, damn-​i-​messed-​up name), decided that he could make me one. I said, «Oh, no thanks» (like I want spit in my damned juice) — I could tell they weren’t happy… last thing I want is their special ingredient for 10-​minutes-​before-​closing-​time customers.
They seem like good guys though, honestly. I’ve been in that situation when I worked the industry many ages ago, difference is, I still served the customer if it was still business hours… even if I was inconvenienced.

They have some very good drinks here and customer service is excellent. Wendi is very helping helping you choose a drink. Very clean and friendly business and always play good music

Personal are very nice i asked for an additional topping on my acai bowl and they didn’t charge for it, they explained me all the options so i was very satisfied, i was looking for Jamba juice but i stop on thos place that it was closer to the freeway and no regrets

Smoothies are amazing!!! I always get all fruit and an acai bowl! Management is awesome and almost everyone on the staff is super friendly. I go here three times a week or more and spend usually $ 14 so I’m hooked. Love it! Yum yum!

Taste great and the staff seems cool. I ordered a medium and she made a little to much for a med cup so she gave me a large and didnt make a big deal about it, I felt very pleased leaving with a large payed for a medium it’s all about customer service.

Hubby and I love coming here for an 800lb gorilla after workouts! It’s the perfect protein-​packed shake.

Every time I come in to this Robeks I’m always greeted and treated with excellent service. All the employees are always very friendly. The juice is always fresh. I love the Evergreen juice, definitely my favorite.

Everyone is really nice but if it’s busy and you order more than one thing expect them to forget one item. Lol never fails

I got the medium Sweet Green juice for 6 $ and the first word to mind is Yuck! I thot let’s try an actual juice and not a smoothie. Mistake! It was super expensive too. $ 6 for a cup of celery, spinach and apple! I thot the apple would sweeten it… but just tasted like a cup of celery. It was gross. I gave a sip to my 3 yr old and his refusal to take another sip says it all. Don’t waste ur money. The actual juices are yucky. Have a V8 instead for a fraction the price. Or make ur own at home for a few cents instead. So nasty

The hummingbird taste just like the Caribbean passion from Jamba. It’s pretty sour but refreshing for a hot day. I think next time I’d go for a sweeter one though.

Best fresh juice!!! The staff is amazing. All the fruits are fresh. I Had issue in the past about the young workers, but the managers and the owner where super professional.

Just stopped in for a quick smoothie with my fiancé and he ended up ordering the ginger — lemon shot as well and Our attendant David was so well informed and educated he broke down the benefit of each shot so my fiancé could chose which would suit him best. A little extra was left over and David so kindly offered me a taste as well! Not to mention our tropi-​kale smoothie is fantastic! Very friendly dude, he made it a great environment! Be back in a couple Days!!!

Horrible customer service. Just a bunch of teenagers chit chatting and sitting around on their phones.
Drinks were very good but definitely more expensive than jamba. A small one is almost 4dollars. I won’t be coming back.

I don’t typically buy smoothies, but after having dental surgery I was told to eat something cold, and my co-​worker recommended this Robeks a few blocks from work. I opted for a large Strawnana Berry, and it was the perfect thing. Service was fast & friendly, and while I most likely won’t become a frequent customer, it’s nice to know I have options in the area the next time someone uses a jackhammer on my molar.

Nice small place. Not busy when I went. Kinda cramped parking lot. But workers seem nice and are very fast. Good place. Can’t hold a ton of people but great to get it, get your stuff (guava lava) and get out! :)
