Sewer, Plumbing, Drain & Rooter Service

I called and made an appointment for these guys to come out to check my drains before the big rainfall that was due. They gave me a date and time and I was told Tony would come out. They never showed up!!! When I called to remind them and inquire, the desk clerk told me «they might be running late and she would find out and get back to me»…she never did. I never got a call back, a reason for missing the appointment or other reason. It sucks because they were referred and had great reviews. I am sure they are probably great at what they do, but service like that really leaves the consumer with a bad outlook. Hope you all will have better management of communication for others who thinks to hire your service.

Tony at Mr. Express — now Proxpress — is the most honest plumber in the business. He doesn’t try to over serve or over charge. He just wants to do a great job. And he does.

I needed a plumber fast because my house was in escrow and I needed to install a 4″ access pipe on the south side of the house and have the existing sewer line cleaned out. Tony came immediately to give me an estimate, and had the project completed perfectly within 24 hours. The cost was HALF the price of the other two bids, and the work was top quality. In addition, he explained everything to me and had me inspect his work each step of the way. Tony exceeded all my expectations. Four different occasions I have had to call a plumber to do work around my properties, and four times without hesitation Mr. Tony (MrEXPRESS) arrived to resolve the issue. Work spans from snaking out a main line 150 feet to replacing kitchen sink fixtures to replacing the most inconveniently placed waste and overflow ever installed.
