Classic barber shop with tons of mirrors. Shop is shaped like a long lap pool. Lot’s of people cutting hair; plenty of room to sit and wait, very comfortable atmosphere. I waited just under 10 minutes at 1:00PM –it was surprisingly busy but they were well staffed. Wayne cut my hair. He was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with my haircut, he shaped it perfectly, and I love how clean and sharp the back looks. It was less expensive and much classier than any of those corporate joints. And my favorite part, it was fast!

I usually come here early on weekends, and at that time there is not a long wait. Been here 5 or 6 times so far, have had different barbers, and all are friendly and competent. What I like most is that this isn’t a loud, boisterous shop(at least not in the mornings!) compared to other places I have been. I definitely recommend it.

I have been coming to this barber shop for over two years. I came in at 5:15 and no one wanted to cut my hair not even Lucy the owner! I will find a new barber that is hungry for business just like Lucy used to be! I would leave a $ 4 – 5 dollar tip depending on who cut my hair. Not the Best Barber Shop anymore.

Always get friendly service. They do haircuts and beard trims for reasonably good prices. My «go to» place for a quick cut. Thanks!

This is the ONLY place I go to cut my hair. All the barbers are pretty great but Phil never disappoints me :)

Dude I love this place. Everyone here is cool– Lee, Phil, Jimmy, Wayne, John… man Phil is the man. I got my hair butchered at this place called Brothers in Winnetka. Worst place to get a haircut. I asked the guy for a fade(fairly easy), starting midpoint. At Brothers there’s this mural but no mirrors in front of you so you can’t see what the barbers doing. I sat there watching a novella on their tv expecting a easy job well done… when the guy handed me a mirror I was pissed off and shocked. He literally had my hairline where most people get a frohawk. I was livid but what’s yelling at the guy gonna do. Haircut was 15 so I gave him twenty. I walked out and even the Mexican food place next door, this worker comes out and I’m looking at my reflection in the mirror, and she goes, «damn they done f-cked up good on you»… oh, and did I mention, THEREWASNOFADEATALL! ITWASJUST A STRAIGHTUPZERO. Fast forward to a few days later, I went to Best Barbershop and talked to Phil. I told him, «phil, please fix this!» He laughed and said«there’s no hair to work with, I can’t fix this! Just wait it out and let it grow out.» Now today’s a month later… I went back and Phil is a god in my eyes. He was able to give me a nice fade, trim my bangs, and kind of do a cover up so you can’t tell my hairline starts(which is absurdly high, a freaking frohawk hairline). Never going to Brothers ever again, and will always go to Best Barbershop. Used to be a regular there but I moved which is why I tried out a new place. Haircut was 16. Gave Phil 40. THANKSPHILYOUARETHESH-T!

Recently moved to Granada Hills, looking for a barber shop. Went in, no appt, no wait. Asked the receptionist who is best barber, she advised I go with only guy there. I asked for a taper/fade short on top, square in the back. I was not happy with the cut. Will not be going back.

Been going to this place for 8 years now. Ever since I started going here I’ve only gotten my haircut from Phil. He can cut it any style you want. Just give him a description or show him a picture and he will get it on point. Definitely the best barber shop I’ve ever been to and will continue to go.

I have been coming to this place for about 8 year’s now. There is all most always, a wait, at least 30 min sometime up to 45 min. But when it’s all said and done. It was worth the wait. I really don’t have a favorite barber.(Their all good) any style they can do it all. from you basic fade to a line up. parking can be a challenge. But like the sign say’s The Best Barber Sop

This is my first choice when it comes to barber shops, and I’ve been to barber shops all over Los Angeles. Make no mistake — this place is not a salon, but if you keep your hair short, this is the place to go. Every barber here is great, and for $ 15 they will trim you up, straight razor shave the edges, and give you a scalp and neck rub with after shave. Lee is my favorite barber. Shout out to Maria, Lucy, Phil, Johnny, Wayne, and the rest! The shop has become quite popular. If you come here during weekend you should expect to wait up to 30 minutes to get into a chair.

The Best Barber Shop is the best barber shop in the SFV. Very polite and friendly barbers. Efficient and timely, professional and skilled, and reasonably priced. A regular haircut is $ 15 + tip. Parking is abundant, as long as you don’t mind parking along the side of the building instead of fighting over 4 or 5 spots in front. All the barbers are good including my favorites Jimmy and Lee.

Love this place! Been going here for about 10 years now. I go to any of the barbers, because I really like all of them. My favorite though, is Johnny. I think he’s awesome. Jimmy is also fantastic.

This is my go to Barber shop. They open at 8 A.M. which means I can get a fresh and clean fade before heading in to work. Haven’t really tried the other barbers, but I usually ask for Jimmy or Phil. They’re usually here in the mornings and both can hook you up with a great fade. Both are Laker fans too and can talk about sports all day. Clean fade, shooting the sh! t about sports, and its not even 9 in the morning… that’s always a plus in my book.

Horrible !!! Called in asking if they can do specific haircut, got an answer that the master would come at 12pm and I should come… I came at 12:30pm, the barber was doing someone else and he said that then he would take a lunch and I should come back in an hour… Ridiculous !!! I will never recommend that place and my feet will never be there again!!! Thanks to the iPhone technology, I found another barber across the street where I got my desired haircut in no time.
