Great little deli. My son said it was the best turkey sandwich he’s ever had! They do serve peanuts here, but took my sons allergy seriously with new gloves and clean knife. I had the egg salad and it was very yummy. This will be a new summer lunch spot for us on the way to the park.

Cute little placed tucked down in back. Seems like they have a lot of good options for breakfast and lunch. We didn’t have time to try everything today but they all did look good. I was excited they had gluten free bread as an option. Good was tasty. Not so happy that they use a microwave to cook the eggs, could easily cook on a griddle or something like the sort. The coffee was good too. Over all great place.

For a quick, friendly, tasty bite to eat– definitely try this place out. I have always been greeted here with a smile! Their offerings I feel are better than at most deli places. They have sandwiches, soups, specials, cookies and other pastries, salads, and everything is super fresh. If you are going for lunch– make sure you get there early in the lunch rush or you may find they’ve run out of certain items/specials. Cash/check only.

What a great find ! Located in a bit of a hard to find location(far from the road in a strip mall) look for the sign, Lite«N Up Eatery is a basic small town deli with lots of tables and chairs inside, a few tables and chairs outside, a nice basic menu, and honest to God nice friendly smiling people handling your transactions. I arrived around Noon today and the place wasn’t crowded. When I left a half hour later, it was pretty crowded. Their menu includes some really inexpensive breakfast sandwiches(how about $ 3.05 for a freshly made egg, cheese, and meat sammy?). They also have pastries and croissants, and some fairly amazing Cinnamon Buns for $ 1.75. Lunch offers salads, soup, fifteen sandwiches ranging from $ 3 to $ 5, and some«Other Stuff»(as their menu calls it) such as Baked Potatoes and Hot Dogs and a daily special. I had an iced coffee and a large Chef Salad($ 5.50). Was it the largest large salad I ever ordered? No. Was it one of the freshest and best prepared salads I’ve had in a while? Yes. The small dice of broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower showed me someone cared a lot about what they were serving. And the ham and turkey were super fresh. All in all, a really sweet find ! Nice job, Lite-N-Up!!! I’ll be back

This place is ok. I have eaten here a few times and will go back but just from time to time. The portions are average for the price. Just your average deli. I do enjoy their roast beef with horseradish sauce. That is quite good.

This is the local place for a friendly smile and a good sandwich. We love their curried chicken salad. They have yummy muffins and baked goods and newspapers to read… and a good rating from the health dept!!! This is only a breakfast/lunch place and closes mid afternoon.
