Culvers

Cheese curds. I had no idea that cheese curds were like super creamy mozzarella sticks that you can dip into ranch dressing. My only complaint would be that my turtle sundae turned to turtle soup shortly after I received it. Still really yummy and I would come back again for a junk food bonanza.

The ice cream is great. Service was great as well. Too expensive for burgers though. I only go for ice cream once in a while now.

Well I have mostly visited the Culvers in Birch Run. We eat at that location often and like it. We noticed this one in Grand Blanc after the movie we watched at Trillium so we decided to try it. The food was ok, however, that’s where the positive news ended. The floor was so slippery you could barely walk on it. Most of the tables were filthy even though there were very few customers in there (less than 4 tables full… It was a Monday). The employees all gather together to talk by the front counter and let the restaurant remain filthy! While I was walking to the bathroom to wet a napkin to clean my table I nearly slipped to the ground on my bottom. I’m surprised at how filthy this is for a new restaurant. There are no shades on the windows so the sun burns your eyeballs out all along one side of the place. They were also completely out of milk… In a custard place. Unreal.

Good Service. Food is good but the burgers are a bit greasy. Order food, take a seat and food is delivered to you when it is ready. Same for Drive through which is a bit odd.
