Good atmosphere, good happy hour specials. Generic Applebee’s food, but good steaks for the price.

Had the lunch special soup and house salad. Very tiny. Not worth the 6.99 price tag. Bummed.

On 12÷12÷15 seven freshman had the fried moz sticks before dance. All seven became ill. Be careful what you order here food is obviously not cared for properly.

Service was slow. Food took a long time to come out and was not presented all at once. I ordered soup which they forgot. When I got the soup(Steak and Bean) it was so spicy it was inedible. I immediately asked the waiter to take it back. His reaction was as if this happens all the time. Absolutely no response, just«Okay» he didn’t apologize or offer to bring something else. I had nothing to eat for dinner. When the bill came, I was billed for the soup I had sent back. I don’t expect to be «wowed» at applebee’s just receive a good meal that is consistent. Not happening here.

Love the ‘bees. This is a great location. The spinach salad with shrimp is always so fresh, and the bacon dressing is excellent. Wish they carried gluten free beers(not cider) and/or vodka. Busy location, but you really never have a long wait unless there’s an event nearby. Kudos.

It’s AB’s what Can a person say? Standardized food across the nation but if on vacation and want something familiar you’ll get the same menu anywhere. Love the chicken fiesta salad, it has the most amazing dressing!

It’s a chain like any other applebee’s. nothing special, they do have pictures up of some of the local teams but the food is the same here as it is any other applebee’s. Wait staff is hit or miss, sometimes you get the awesome one, other times you get that one that you think may have forgotten you where there. Parking is good, easy to get too and find.

The food was great and my friend and I showed up between waves and didn’t wait long to be seated. However my friend and I felt slightly rushed by our waiter. So if I’m ever in that part of Grand Haven I may find somewhere else to eat.

When you eat at Applebee’s or as I call it Grizzlebees, you can’t expect much. Even with low standards this place never fails to disappoint. I ordered the sirloin steak medium rare. I wasn’t surprised that it was over cooked, but the charred hockey puck that was served to me couldn’t even pass as well done. Do not eat here or at any other location even if your life depends on it.

Eh… For a place close it’s ok, not my first choice, most of the food is WAY too salty and the selection is not the greatest.

This is the most consistent food in town. I had the fajitas and they were delicious. The kids meals were above average with a four ounce steak cooked perfectly and the chicken tenders which were also good. A surprising number of good draft bears on tap. I enjoyed the goose 312 pints. Our waitress was Brandy and she was just the right amount of attentive service. The manager stopped by our table to make sure the food and the service was good. We will return here at least once more this trip.

They have 8 TVs, all of them have the Tigers on, which is fine, but it’s the top of the 7th and the Rangers(best in the MLB right now) are blowing them off of the field, and the Knicks vs. Pacers are on in game 6 of the NBA Playoffs, in what could be a closeout game for the Knicks. ???

Please don’t eat here. Find a local restaurant and give them your business. There are plenty on Unilocal to try. The food here is dull, dull, dull. Please dig into our local community and support a local restaurant. Go to Morning Star Café for breakfast or lunch, or lunch with the ladies at Jeanne’s Café, or for dinner hit The Grand(which can be hit or miss). Try Two Tony’s in Spring Lake or Mia & Grace in Muskegon.

Applebees is always a safe chose for a quick dinner out with the wife.
