A fun place to visit when downtown in Grand Haven! My boy’s love stopping in and being able to test the toys before purchasing! Wide assortment of toys & clothes make this local shop one to check out!

Apparently my son had a major meltdown when my wife tried to take him out of Mackinaw Kite. I’m not sorry I missed that, but I’m sorry I didn’t get to go to Mackinaw Kite on my last trip to Grand Haven. They have cool kites, Thomas the Tank Engine stuff, and lots of other neat toys and games. Kids will love it. Adults will love it. Why anyone would rather buy cheap junky toys at WalMart than something awesome at a place like this is beyond me.
And like my wife said: «I’m sure that’s not the first meltdown they’ve seen when a kid had to leave the store,» which is a pretty high compliment.

pricey, especially the Melissa and Doug toy-​line, but still a nice store to visit and patronize.
