We went on a Friday night and they were moderately busy. Only one register open which took time. When we went to get a table there were 9 dirty tables loaded with dishes. We asked about having someone clear them and the girl at the register commented that she couldn’t do it, and looked at us like what do you want me to do about it! There were 2 employees just chatting behind the counter. After waiting for a table to be cleared we got our food. My husbands soup was cold and he had to heat it in the microwave. This Panera used to be good, but has really gone downhill! poorly managed and always seem to be short staffed!

This is THEWORST Panera bread I have ever been to. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and every single time they mess up the order. This time I was the only person in line, not busy at all. A simple bread bowl and soup is all I wanted, and you seemed to mess that up. Your job is not that hard!

Was very disappointed in the customer service at this location… If I may suggest some customer service training and how to speak to customers. I had a food runner call me sketchy in front of my two children because the cashier made a mistake and I nicely asked her to fix it AND I would happily pay for it because it was not on my receipt! Food was good just wish I could have had the rest of what I ordered

Double check your orders. I live right around the corner and get take-out once and awhile. I have learned to double check the bag, because they rarely get it right. Today, I ordered a coffee, salad with a baguette… well, they got the salad right. I am ashamed to say that the Muskegon Panera is so much more reliable.

I never really go to the one back home, but being a long ways from home I figured I’d give it a shot. While the sandwiches can seem a bit pricey they taste great and the ingredients were fresh. The first night we stopped in I had the turkey BLT and a side salad. Great proportions. This morning had the chicken and rice soup in a bread bowl and my spouse had the broccoli chedder. Both soups were amazing and the serving size was great(not a fan of the outrageous sized bread bowls that you can’t finish). Both meals were about 11 $ together(great steal) and one of the waiters recognized us and gave us two of their soufflés on the house! Both were delish. I will definitely come back in the future. Great atmosphere, we even stayed for a few hours just talking and were unbothered or rushed.

We placed our take out order for three«Pick Two’s» and the cashier read back our order correctly. The wait wasn’t long as there weren’t too many people in line. When we got home we discovered one of the salads was wrong and all three baguettes were missing. Not worth the trouble to go back. In spite of this, the soup, pasts, sandwich and salads were excellent. Next time we’ll check our order before we leave.

Great spot for coffee and/or soup and sandwiches! I travel a lot and look for great places to eat with WiFi for work. I stop at this location often! Great staff and great food!
