The girl who was working there today is a cold, unfriendly «person». I went there earlier with my brother at around 4:40 p.m. entering the west entrance and she greeted my brother and asked if she could help, but when I walked past her she had an expressionless look on her face and didn’t bother saying hi to me or even smiling. I didn’t get a look at her name but she was the tan brunette. So much for professionalism and courteous behavior.
