Flower A Day

I really wanted to like this florist because the lady on the telephone was very sweet and helpful so 2 stars for that. I was ordering from California and called a local florist instead of an 800 number because I thought I would get a better arrangement if I spoke to someone personally. I was very disappointed when I saw a picture of the flowers. They were very cheap — I could have bought them at Safeway for under $ 20 (I paid over $ 90 total). They were in a plain clear glass vase without even a ribbon. I did call and speak to the lady who made the arrangement and let her know how disappointed I was. I think you actually have to go into their store and pick out the flowers you want and not trust them to do it for you. I expected to see at least some roses and seasonal flowers (not just a bunch of astrolmeria, mums and dyed daisies with a few (3 or 4) Gerbera daisies thrown in). Next time I’ll just call the 800 and pick one of the pictures. ;-(

As a Realtor, I have used Flower A Day for years sending an arrangements to clients and personally, and have never been disappointed, their creativity and service is A+.I often get clients telling me how beautiful the arrangement is. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else

Fantastic! It’s my go-​to florist for special occasions, anniversaries, or just because. The staff is incredibly kind and cordial. They are extremely flexible with last minute changes and are willing to accommodate special requests. The flowers are top notch. Love it. Support local businesses!
