I had the best experience with this place today. I rolled in with a classic car (new to me) and a belt off and the manager took amazing care of our car so we could make the 7 hour drive back to Rhode Island. He was personable, knowledgable, and was upfront about only being involved in what he was comfortable doing (didn’t try to do things he couldn’t…). My kids and I rolled away and my son said «Mom, that’s the best kind of experience to have with a person who works on cars.» So true. It was my first and only experience with this shop, but the manager saved my tukus in a huge way today and I will always be grateful. Thanks, Monro team!!!

Terrible customer service, misdiagnosed the problem, I had to explain what was wrong and they insisted that the problem was something else, until I showed them they were wrong. Then the guy broke a knob off my radio. When I called to tell them, the manager told me it was my fault and that I was lying. When I said I was coming back because they broke it, they said they’d call the cops for harassment… TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Inept staff, untrustworthy, destructive mechanics, and rude management.
Don’t trust them, cause apparently they break customers property and then threaten to call the cops when you want to figure what happened.
I’ll never return, and suggest people stay away, unless you feel like having your car broken and the staff threaten you.
