Attention lazy cook: no onions is not the same as scrape all the onions off. Can’t imagine how you would do that and leave the melted cheese on top without using your fingers. Nasty.

Nasty. Did not have a salad. They said they were out of lettuce. Huge crowd and strange vibe here, not like any other McDonald’s ever. This was a quick stop that turned into a huge search for any fast food in this town that was decent.
