Big O Tires

I have bought several sets of tires and have had oil changes and brakes done here. Mike, Cody, Martin, and Frank have never let me down! I’d recommend them for anything to anyone.

Stopped in during a road trip to get a rattle in the front end checked. Got in right away. Two technicians drove the car and the put up on the rack. They identified the issue, let us know that the car was safe to drive and we could take care of the issue when we got back.
Didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Honest & courteous. We’d go back

I have a couple problems with this big o. I purchased new tires from them the other day and also got an alignment. One of my hub caps went missing and the steering wheel isn’t straight even though they did the alignment.
When I contacted them about the service, I was put on hold and when the guy finally came back I was told they didn’t have my hub cap and there wad nothing they would do about it.
If you want to be lied to about wait times, service done and have them do a poor job, go ahead and go there. I will never use this big o again.

I would have given them a 1 star because I had my truck in for an alignment and they said it wouldn’t take more than an hour to be done. 2 hours later I come back fro the mall to see its still parked and they hadn’t touched it. At the 3^rd hour they let me know my upper ball joint was shot so had them fix that along with the alignment. Then they mentioned to me that my breaks need changed cause they are really shot… not knowing I’d just replaced them 3 days ago myself. So I mentioned that and they tried to play it
the end it took them 4 hours to do that one job… then a thousand or 2 miles later a mount snaps and several others slide causing the wheel and all its connected to that they worked on to shift but luckily not come out from under me. That’s the one star. The 2 star is a bonus star for them taking my truck back in with minimal questions and getting it fixed quickly and at no charge. So they make many mistakes but at least they fix it but be sure to have them show you what they think needs fixed cause they will sell you a new car basically

Driving California to Maine currently and wanted to get a quick oil change, alignment and tire balance and rotation. Went in at 7am right when they open. They don’t start alignments until 8 first of all. Left and walked down the road and had breakfast, came back around 8:15 and they hadn’t even started with the oil change. By the time they finished the oil change it was 9:15. Came and grabbed me at 9:45 to tell me that I need lower control arms, which they are a little worn, but nothing terrible. (I usually do all my own work so I do know what I’m talking about). Bought the car and it’s lowered so my camber is a little off and they wanted to charge me 300 per side for a camber kit to fix that. Tires are about 75% tread and the sales guy tried to convince me my tires won’t make it the rest of the drive to Maine the way it rides now. It doesn’t pull to either side, it drives very nice as is, I was only going to be sure I didn’t ruin the tires because it’s such a long drive. I also asked them to check on my washer fluid pump, which never happened. Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for just an oil change, not cool at all. Oil change was a little expensive also, 7qts synthetic was $ 105. I won’t be returning to big O ever again.

Used my $ 10 off check in coupon to get my oil changed here, twice now. Always a friendly staff, and very ready to help out, they even let me take my dog inside and were very sweet to her :-)
