If I could rate the Greyhound bus line a zero I would. My husband just sat in the Grand Junction station for over 9 hours waiting for a bus that was over 8 hours later to Denver. Excuse after excuse and ETA wrong every hour. No refund cause they said he rode the bus after all. Absolutely pathetic. Never ever again.

Ever since my last experience Greyhound sent me a partial refund for the troubles I had. That is good customer service. I recently used it and it was the best ride because I had the new buses with Wifi and outlets. My advice to Greyhound is Wifi and outlets need to be standard on all buses and not just something where you will be lucky to get it. It made the ride a lot better.

Stop thru the Grand Junction greyhound station this may from las vegas, its a good station, little old but the staff is good. I was there for only 45 minutes and i had no complants.
