Kathy Nails

My sister went there about 3 weeks ago and got a nice gel nail polish… well we thought it was going to be nice besides it looking like a 4 year old boy did them they chipped of the next day so she went back she got them redone they still looked terrible but she was satisfied she let them go about 2 days before they were bubbling and chipping again so she went back one more time this time kathy was very rude she usally is but more then usual constantly yelling at her to the point were she was covering her eyes because she was tearing up from the constant rude service and terrible job that was done. I would NOT suggest going here unless you want to be teared down by a women who is to egotistical to understand that costumers come first and that you dont yell scream and holler to try and attract business…

I got my nails done there about a week ago and three days later the nail polish chipped off! Not happy about it! Also horrible service there!

Kathy and all of her employees give tremendous customer service and are very accommodating. My nails always look classy and they take the time to listen to my requests every time. If your looking for great mani pedi’s or fabulous designs, this is the place to go.

Go here if you want your nails bedazzled like a 7 year old girl. If you are looking for a classy nail salon that can effectively do simple manicures and pedicures, this is not the place. They stare at how bad of a job they did, speak Vietnamese to each other about how bad it is then pretend nothing happened.
