Pizza Hut

I like the pizza here with the hut favorite glaze. We order here frequently and the pizza always tastes good.
We do seem to have a hard time getting our favorite pizza topped properly, pepperoni and Peruvian cherry peppers, but they just don’t seem to ever want to put these toppings on here.
See the picture for the topping skimp. I called them up and they argued with me, they did eventually agree to send out a replacement, but you never know what you are going to get when you complain. So here’s the evidence, since it seems you think I am scamming.

Ordered carry-​out online as I stopped in Grand Junction after a LONG day of driving. The pizza itself tasted fine… except they forgot to cut it, and I didn’t realize this until I returned to my hotel room and opened the box :(The last thing I wanted to do was get back in my car and drive back to Pizza Hut. So I had to find someone in the kitchen of the hotel to help me out… the best they could do was a dull steak knife, so needless to say, the pizza was butchered.
They also forgot to put the seasoning on the breadsticks, so they were just bland pieces of bread. Something was off with the marinara dipping sauce too, so I ended up dipping them in the marinara that had oozed out of the pizza as I tried cutting it into edible slices.
I also had to remind the person ringing me up that I’d paid for a Pepsi as well… shouldn’t that just pop up on the order? I shouldn’t have to remind them. Maybe I wouldn’t have been so bothered by all of these things if I hadn’t been tired from driving. But seriously — shouldn’t pizza be the easiest thing to grab after a day like this?

Lousy service on a Monday night. The waitress/​manager kept apologizing. We like the food, but not enough to come back. Each time we come, the service gets a little worse. We’ll go somewhere else, thanks.
