It’s sad that a place with good always has good food has horrible service! If they’d just staff the place it might be good. Management could care less and when you call corporate no one calls back… wow! Good luck ordering over the phone too… no one answers!

Since adding the lunch buffet the service is piss poor. There is never enough servers to keep up with the traffic. When you are seated they do not even give you menus because everyone is suppose to have the buffet. The lettuce on the salad bar is not cut small enough to put in your mouth. Which wouldn’t be a problem if you were given a knife at the table. When you are finished you can’t even get your check. You have to go ask for it.

Very good pizza, always very friendly. What I don’t understand is how this place is always dead, yet they can’t keep your drinks filled. Where is management?

BOOO! My friends and I were falling victim to the commercials on TV about their $ 5 Pizzone, so I decided to order a few online for us, to get it out of our system. All went well until we got to Pizza Hut. I asked the guy at the counter about our order, he found it, then dryly said, ‘We ran out of those’… … Cricket. Chirp Cricket. … What? We just waited 20 minutes for nothing? We look at each other expecting something else to come out of his mouth, to no avail. That was it. No, ‘I’m so sorry, let’s see what we can do for you guys… how about a discount on something else… Sorry we didn’t call you to let you know… do you need a refund…’ NOTHING. We promptly turned around and left, NEVER to return again. I don’t care how crapily crack-like your pizza or fancy calzones are Pizza Hut!!! I have had much better customer service at every other pizza joint in the GeeJ. I just wanted some frickin’ Pizzones!!! Not your frickin’ attitude.
