Yea this place sucks! I took A guitar in for repair and since they are the authorized dean dealer I thought it was gonna be all good. Nope! 3 weeks in come to find out they didn’t even order the parts yet. When questioned about it they tried to blame dean. Really??? If u like wasting ur time in an old run down building with crappy employees that don’t care about anything then this is your place. I wish dean would pick a different vendor. Roper blows!!!

Basically, this place would not be in business if there were any other viable competition within a reasonable distance.
That’s the short and sweet of it.
The long:
If you want an oboe, a bass clarinet, or a flute repaired here, forget about it. You’ll be waiting for months. Just don’t place any orders at this store, period. You’ll be waiting for months. If you need a book, buy it online, this place isn’t worth your patronization. You’ll be waiting for months anyway.
The store itself is unimpressive and shabby.
