McDonald’s

This McD’s is close to my kids school so the occasional breakfast before school, after school snack or surprise lunch at school is purchased here. We came today for after school snack and the service was terrible. TERRIBLE. Am I being clear? My family is making an effort to cut out sodas and sugar so we asked for water cups with our meal. There isn’t a place to get your own water on the lobby fountain machine so they have to get it for you by the drive through window. Everyone seemed scattered and unorganized. We ordered a small fry which came on the tray super skimpy. You know those French fry containers that come in the happy meal with a dozen fries in it? That’s about how many were into small fry sleeve with lots of extra space and when I asked for her to complete it from toddler size to the small size it should be, she said, «ma’am, thats a small fry». As far as mcdonalds food goes, it was good. Just crappy customer service.

Usual McDonalds menu. But always check your order these days to make sure they give you what you ordered because they can’t get it right in the drive thru. They used to be accurate but it seems to have gone downhill the last 6 months. The person at the pick up window will literally ask you what you ordered because they don’t seem to know what to give you. This is our neighborhood McD’s so we go here often, but it’s embarrassing that «our» McD’s is so lame.

Don’t go on Saturday morning! It’s overcrowded so enter at your own risk. And if you think going in will save you time think again! And always check your order at this location or a second trip will be in order. It’s happened at least 5 times to me! So forget quality assurance. I did get a hot apple pie for my second trip this time! It’s 9a! It’s the thought that counts. Lol!

Been eating here occasionally for six plus years. Food is great. Never had my order screwed up at the drive through. Decent wait times at the drive-​through. It’s my go to restaurant.

Everyone who can read this probably already has their favorite Mickey D food items memorized — right?
So the five stars are for: always fast service, whether walking in or through the drive through’s at any hour of the day.
Foods are always served exactly at the right temperature — cold delicious ice cream, hot and semi juicy burgers (it is McDonald’s after all). I’m very fond of the new Mighty Wings — they are extra plump and although they’re fried, they aren’t greasy.
So total it up so far: they have really good food, they have really fast food –but is it well priced? It is indeed.
