Sonic

I drove there for lunch today. Got the Chicken strip meal. 3 strips, fries and ice tea. I gave them one point because the server (Maribel) was nice and the tea was good (unsweet). The strips had fat/​connective tissue and the fries were so old they were hard. NO… really hard. If I did not have to work, I would have gone back. I know I only paid 6.05, but it should have been better. I feel like I paid 6.05 for a medium tea.
Won’t return.

Customer service lacking. Takes to long to answer, took way to long to get items corrected

Always seems to be good when we go here. We go quite often and have never had any issues. The service is good the food is good and the prices are good.

They always suck every time I go there… had been a while since I’ve gone there, other than for happy hour drinks. So I go because they have the new island spicy burgers and chicken sandwiches. …got the double island fire cheese burger, and of course, missing the bacon… not worth going to except for happy hour drinks

I realize that it was a holiday weekend and figured this place should not be too busy. I rolled in with my son in tow and order 2 breakfast meals. It took them over 10 minutes for them to bring us our order. If they had taken any longer, I would have left. Their credit card machines were down. I handed the car hop my credit card and she disappeared with it for over 10 minutes. She did bring it back and was very apologetic. I had cash in my pocket. If they were having that many issues, I could have given them cash.
On the positive side good was hot. The French Toast sticks were a tad bit on the overcooked side. The eggs were dry on the breakfast sandwich and the bacon was rubbery.
I would have thought everything would have gone smoother at this place. I should have kept driving and not gone to this place.
