McDonald’s

Make sure you check your order as soon as you get your food, because those idiots can’t seem to get it right… ever. This is my third time in a row going here and they mess my order up every single time! They are always understaffed for some reason, so you’ll wait forever for your food. Go to Wendys or Burger King instead. They’re literally across the street from this McDonalds.

Worst McDonald’s in Grand Prairie. Service is slow, workers hardly speak english, and orders alway incomplete. Drive thru is horrible too. I’d give –3 stars if Unilocal would let me

Every evening at this late hour this McDonald’s is packed, you’d think they’d learn to staff to take care of the high volume of customers.
I stop here sometimes on my way to work when I work overnights, if I have enough time to sit and wait through the ridiculously long line at the drive thru. The only reason I stop at this one is convenience, because honestly this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
This is the third time I’ve been to this McDonald’s, order chicken McNuggets and don’t get my dipping sauce for my nuggets.
The first time, I drove up from the window and checked — no sauce. They weren’t busy so I went back through the line, and when I pulled up to the window and told the employee that I didn’t get any dipping sauce she didn’t even bother to hide her annoyance before she grabbed three sauces and gave them to me. If you did your job right in the first place I wouldn’t have to come back around.
The second time I stayed at the window and checked my bag, I could feel the employee’s eyes on me as I checked it. & I told them, once again, you didn’t put my sauce in there.
Tonight, they were actually polite and I ordered my nuggets and left. Also, they had an incredibly long line and I didn’t want to hold everyone up.
Now, I’m at work. I sit ready to eat my chicken nuggets with some delicious dipping sauce.
& there isn’t any.
Why bother to ask me what kind of sauce I want if you aren’t going to give me any?!
If you come to this McDonald’s, double check and make sure your order is correct before you leave.
Or an even better idea, don’t come back at all and go to one of the other McDonald’s in the area. Maybe that will get them to work on their quality of service.
I won’t hold my breath…

Drive thru is suck. The order always wrong and not even a piece of napkin or ketchup. Never come back again.

So I figured I’d try going inside since at all times, the drive thru is horrible, but of course it’s universally bad service. I shouldn’t feel bad that I don’t feel comfortable speaking my order in Spanish if that’s how I’m asked. I told the cashier in English and unfortunately my order came out wrong.. I love and respect the fact that I live in a multicultural country and that’s what makes workplaces so unique, but if everyone is of the same race in the same building while getting consistently bad reviews.. Perhaps it’s tunnel vision

I do lunch here probably more than I should. It’s always quick and always correct. They have a nice fireman themed play land too. My wife and kids sometimes visit me for lunch here and they love it. Will return. Probably tomorrow.

I placed a midnight order at drive thru for Big Mac and Dbl cheeseburger, requesting buns to be toasted, extra onions and melted cheese. I received two cold burgers without buns being toasted, and no cheese at all on the Big Mac! As a matter of fact the Big Mac bun was stale. Are you serious! So much for a decent midnight meal!

I went through the drive thru at 11:30 at night. It was really slow service. I sat at the order screen for several mins before the guy asked me for my order. Then I get to the window and they told me cash only and that they couldn’t take credit. Luckily I had the money with me. They didn’t give me the sauce I requested and they also did not give me napkins. The fries were cold. I would not recommend this location. Especially at night.

Terrible drive through service. Every time we try to give this location a chance… never fails, there is at least one problem. From getting the order incorrect to long waits. Very unlike any other McDonalds. Get it together!!!

McDonald’s was a staple of my childhood, having grown up in the 90s. Happy meals were a quick (unhealthy) lunch on the go and I loved the toys they stuffed inside. As an adult, I tolerate McDonald’s. It’s not my favorite restaurant but their breakfast is decent, their dollar menu isn’t half bad, and their fries are salty deliciousness.
Usually I only come to this Mickey D’s location for a quick breakfast on my way to work. The breakfast line is typically about 5 or so cars and takes me a few minutes to work my way through. Anyone who knows anything about McDonald’s knows that they time their transactions, so it is definitely not the employees’ fault the line is moving at a snail’s pace. Blame it on the indecisive people who have no clue what they want to order.
The employees have never messed up my order or been anything other than pleasant to me. Maybe some people need to stop going to McDonald’s and expecting service from a 5 star restaurant. You get what you pay for and if I get a smile and wishes for me to have a nice day with my $ 4 breakfast order, that’s perfectly fine with me.

Slow as HELL! Sometimes they’re alright but sometimes you wait forever in the drive thru. Also one time my friends and I got yelled at by the manager or a worker for bringing food from Chick Fil A into the store when we were going to buy food there too. Another time when my friend & I were eating in there this family came in and was exchanging words with the workers about something. A lot of time when my family gets food in the drive thru, someone’s order is messed up when we get home. We only go here because it is convenient.

Can’t give it 0 stars. Went through the drive through and it should of been a warning when the people in front of us went in to get their order fixed. We ordered two 20 piece nuggets along with two orders of fries and two drinks. First off they didn’t give us the sauce that we asked for. I noticed that. When I asked for some they gave us a total of 4 sauces for 40 chicken nuggets. What I didn’t realize until we got home was they only gave us 20 chicken nuggets. On top of that the nuggets and the fries both tasted like they had been there for an hour or two. So we paid $ 18 for 20 nuggets, 2 fries and two drinks, of which only the drinks were really worth consuming.

Ummm… this is supposed to be fast food, right? It took me right under 20 minutes to get my to-​go order. Never again. I’ll drive miles out of my way to go to another McD’s. The staff couldn’t care less.

Great friendliness inside the building however not in the drive through hand out window. They always give me my food all at once so I can easily drop it, always forget to give me a straw, never give me sauce of my chicken nuggets (every time i go), and forget my kids toys as well.
