Wendy’s

Weirdest drive-​thru ever. You can enter from Camp Wisdom but after you finish going through the drive-​thru, you have to completely circle the building to exit. Makes no sense to me. Maybe it has something to do with the expanding town homes directly behind Wendy’s? I don’t know.
Food itself is typical Wendy’s fare and not worth going through the loop de loop drive-​thru unless I’m just really craving it.

This place can never get my order right! Salad with no dressing… Ordered a combo and they forgot my drink… Ordered a gouda burger with the paper still stuck to the slice of cheese…

We come to this location and bare through the long wait because of our love for Wendy’s. The food is usually hot and fresh made to order. If you come at night they tend to try to rush you off without you getting all your condiments and extra things. Tonight we visited and one of our complete meals was missing. We tried to go to the website and get the phone number its no where to be found. When calling customer service the representative was like oh well I can’t find the number someone will call you back in 48hours like that was going to suffice for missing dinner tonight. After waiting for over 10 mins for a supervisor I got disconnected and I called back only to get the same person to hang up in my face again. All in all the food is good at this location if you’re willing to wait and risk missing food and the customer service SUCKS from the location to the poorly trained cooperate staff.

I’m usually a fan of Wendy’s, and I was super excited when I heard one was opening up around the corner from my house. Sadly, I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve messed up my order or just given me someone else’s. Food is just okay, whether it’s what I ordered or not.

I have come here one or twice for lunch. For a brand new location they are good. The drive through is a bit awkward to get to, since you have to circle the building if coming in from the southbound lane of traffic. Had to remove a star also because today I came here at 1 pm and waited 10 min in a line of 5 or so cars before pulling out of the drive thru and going elsewhere.
