Service King Collision Repair of Grand Prairie

Awful. My car had body work done. The paint job was shotty, and there was an underneath mount making a loud noise. I had to take back and have it repaired. Now there is another noise. Do not take your car here. What a headache. My car only has 27k miles so I really want it fixed properly.

I had my car repaired here per my insurance company. The damage to the driver side was fairly extensive. Everything seemed perfect until I got home and closed the drivers side door. It sounded hollow. I took my car back to them because they said the work was good for the life of the car. They made a show of opening and closing my door, told me they didn’t hear anything, and that I was imagining the sound. Now I have to live with a door that is not properly fixed, or pay for it to be properly fixed. I do not recommend this place!

i brought my car in with a small damage on rear passenger door, the damage was a small dent and paint damge. i know that Service King have been in business for long time, knowing that i can trust them with my car. They charge $ 1300 for a small damage fix, witht that kind of price i would expect top notch quality… poor quality, end up damaging my car more.
when i went to pick up the car, they try to fix the parts that was damage, the quality and workmanship was poor! Upon inspection my whole car they some how manage to damage other parts my car (big scratches). I had to bring back my car the second time thinking they will get it right this time. I was wrong, they manage to screw up my door more, so for third time coming back… they still can’t it done right. It was a simple fix Service King.
I highly advise you do not go to Service King in Grand Prairie.

Had a front end collision with a mattress on the freeway. Service King did not even test the engine or radiator. They put a new bumber on the car and cleaned it up really nice. The car overheated and I blew a head gasket a couple of weeks after the repair. DO NOT LET THEM DO MECHANICAL WORK. They are a body shop only.

This was the greatest car repair experience I have ever had (I am very experienced with car repairs… 22 year old female with no depth perception). Everyone was so friendly and genuinely happy to help. The technician sent text message updates every day letting me know of the progress. There was some confusion about payment from my insurance company… Anywhere else this would have been a headache and it would have ended in a yelling match (again, I am very familiar with this industry). But they told me they would work it out and not to worry about it. I paid my deductible (from past experiences, expecting all kinds of extra charges… Nope. It was my deductible exactly as they said it would be from the start… How refreshing!) and was on my way.
The guys at Enterprise were fabulous as well. They got me in a rental with no problems and again, no erroneous charges upon return!
I dropped my car off on Monday on my lunch break… It took exactly 12 minutes from the time I arrived with my damaged car, to the time I drive off in my rental. They kept me updated every step of the way. When it was done, It took me 15 minutes to return my rental, inspect the work done on my car, and pay my deductible.
I couldn’t be happier! (says the girl who normally leaves the body shop in tears…)

Damn my preemptive 4 star review. Left for work this morning and realized I forgot the tasty lunch I had prepared the evening before. No problem, drove back around and parked in front of my building. Although I did not really need to use the hazard switch, I wanted to seeing as I had just spent the time having it fixed. Upon gingerly pressing the hazard button the stupid thing fell right back into the center console!!! AAAHHHH! Luckily it wasn’t pressed hard enough to activate the lights or that would have sucked even harder. BUT… now I have to go back (and probably spend more time at the service center) and have it fixed when it should have been taken care of the first time. Damn my luck…
