I have a Special Needs child so selecting and using a dentist to treat my son’s dental needs is far more difficult for me than the average parent. After calling around town, this office was able to see my son very quickly to address the pain he was experiencing. Phone customer service was great. The office has a Medieval /Magic theme. The waiting room has a play area common to indoor fast food dining, a mini theater, and a lot of very cool kid friendly features. The wait times were not bad either. The quality of care was amazing. My son does not communicate well and everyone from the xray technician to the dentist was sensitive and worked well with my special guy. They had a papoose to restrain him during his dental work although it was NOT necessary. A loving touch and nitrous oxide was what was needed to get my son’s work done, and he’s not an easy case. I would give a full 5 stars except I believe rules/guidelines should be posted in waiting room as parents were allowing their children to behave pretty badly like moving furniture and standing on furniture, pretty dangerous.
