Super bad experience today… Be careful with the new girl, she made a bad cut to my son and it took almost 40 min to do a man haircut. The manager is fixing, the services and quality is not the same.

Very poor service and the lady that cut my hair was even rude. Save your time. Will defintly find a better place next time. I could also smell where they had been smoking.

I use to come here often before it became a franchise. The young ladies there knew me and my hair style. I always had the same person cut my hair and if she wasn’t available I had my back up. When I found out someone had bought it I thought oh great I have to find another place. But I decided to give the new ladies a shot. The first time was great! Nayeli was awesome, she knew exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased, but then I went back hoping for the same experience… not so much.
Nayeli was busy with a few people ahead of me so I decided to try someone else… BIG MISTAKE. I told this girl exactly what I wanted, just trim my layers. No fancy cut, just a trim. Well she cut about 3 inches from the back and about ½ inch around the front. That is not what I asked for. By the time she showed me how short it was in the back, I didn’t want her to cut anymore from the front. I would have ended up with a mullet!
Lesson learned, wait for Nayeli!

Just had my first visit to a SuperCuts this week and loved it! This place is clean and friendly and I did not have to wait at all. I love my haircut and the technician took her time to know exactly what I wanted. This is my new hair place to return to when it is time for a trim on this new cute cut!
BUT the update is not so great. I returned 8 weeks later and the person who did such a great job the first time was no longer there and I had an awful cut from a new person, cannot go back now. It has taken from January to now in June for the bad cut to grow out enough to find a new place and get a good cut. Sad.

Décor is real nice. Looks new. Don’t think they get a lot of business because its hidden. The stylists are nice though. Mine stopped to no end, and gave me advice on how to style my hair, talked about what barber school is like, to dating advice. All in all fun times, got a decent do. I had a coupon, so watch out for 9.99 coupons for this place in the mail like valpak, etc. They do come often.
