I lived at this place for fifteen months after my divorce. It was transitional, and cheap and dammit, I liked the place. I can’t give it five starts cuz, well, it just isn’t a five star dive, but don’t let that get you down… for about five to seven bills a month, it’s a pretty darned OK place to live. Props to Kelly in the office for being my go-to girl. She was always helpful in a pinch and if you’re out looking for an apartment on the north-end, stop in and ask for Kelly — she’ll set you up with a nice place at the right price. I had to get a few things fixed during my stay there and generally the staff was pretty good at getting things done. The office staff as a whole was pleasant and happily signed for my packages when I wasn’t home. My neighbor OD’ed on some toxic cocktail of narcotics and died after I had been there two months, but hey, you can’t hold that against a place. They ran a background check on me and, presumably, everyone else that lived there, so I guess every so often you’re gonna get a DOA. Whaddayagonnadoright? Anyway, I met some cool cats during my stay there — some of whom I still keep in touch with — and if you spend some time there, you’ll prolly meet some cool cats, too. Four stars FTW.
