I’ve lived here for about 18 months now, and have known the staff for over 2 years, as my fiancé moved here 9 months before me. We are both greatly pleased with everything. The management is phenomenal. There was only one instance where the billing was asking us for more than we owed, but they fixed it in a decent amount of time. We’ve had one maintenance emergency, and were pleasantly surprised when someone came to fix the issue within 30 minutes of calling at 2:30 am. And for non-emergency problems, most issues are fixed within 1 – 2 business days. I’d also like to add that the maintenance staff are extremely friendly and approachable! Recently, the apartment complex has done many renovations, and keeps us informed of more to come. We’ve recently got new doors, they’ve fixed roofing, installed better buzzers, etc. And from our last lease to our current year lease, our monthly payments only went up 21 a month. Not everything is perfect of course. Occasionally, it takes a bit too long for my liking for a hallway light to be fixed(external to the apartment rooms), and the pavement leading into the parking lot isn’t very friendly on a car if your’e not careful. But overall, I’m quite happy with living here, and believe it’s reasonably priced!

DONOTMOVEHERE!!! Apartments are horrible!!! They claim they are immaculate and it is a lie. Lighting fixtures falling off the wall, patchy carpet, yellow walls, and smells like a combination of marijuana & garbage. If you are looking for all of the above in a place to call home, jump on this opportunity. If not, stay clear. Management is horrible, they will not work with you. Personally, I would rather be homeless and spend my cold nights sleeping in a shopping cart inside Meijer.
