It’s not too bad, they have alot of tv’s but just trying to get the staff to take ur order and actually get the food here quick is really slow. I waited almost 30 minstrel for my boneless wings and I think that is a bit too long to wait. I will try other BWW restaurants to c if it’s any better then this.

Went on a Sunday night was one of maybe 4 tables there and ordered a mozz stuck appetizer. Waited over 20. minutes just to get some sticks that take less then 8 minutes in the fryer. Should have known better then to order more food but wanted something more filling so I got some tacos which then took well over a half hour to.make. manager on shift tried to make a joke of everything but my party and myself were genuinely upset by the whole experience. My friend was overcharged for alcohol she didn’t order and all and all it was just a shitty experience. If it was close to closing I may have understood as a food service employee myself but it was 11 at night and there was no excuse for this. Manager ended up giving us both 10 dollars worth of gift certificates which I ended up using last week Sunday I ordered the garden crasher app and it was disgusting. I received fried pita chips which aren’t even what’s advertised in the descriptions along with water logged cucumber and NO red peppers. I called up there and was told I would again receive some gift certificates which never arrived. I give up on this place. It’s awful customer service and obvious lack of professionalism by the BOH is enough to drive my business away for good regardless of how much I like there wings.

Usually love BW3’s… Yet stopped in with some friends to watch the playoffs(NFL) and was a wait they said… Yet looked abound and counted 6 open tables. A few other we’re waiting and said the same thing! Think they were under staffed, not a good thing on a Sunday after Church. People were ready to eat and spend money. Yet like we did, many I am sure left and went somewhere else. Again great place to go to watch some sports and enjoy great food. Yet today was very let down, disappointed. «Come on man»

50 minutes for a to go order? Called in my order and arrived in 20 min. Told my order would be right out when I paid. 20 minutes later I asked about my order. «We are really busy». I asked for a manager… never went to get one. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting our order is brought out. No apology, no explanation. Just«Here you go». Too many other wing places around to treat customers as disposable.

My review of B-dubs is based on only a few particular points and not my overall experience with this particular location but all B-dubs chains. 1 — The wings. They are meh in size but the sauce(the sauce that I like) is very award winning spectacularly delicious. Every visit I get the same thing, one order of traditional Spicy Garlic and one order of traditional Blazing. Anyone that has had the spicy garlic knows that it will knock your socks off in flavor. Not too hot, not to mild but just a very tasty mix of heat vs garlic. I recommend getting extra spicy garlic sauce on the side for even more saucy pleasure. Blazing, it is crazy hard(if not impossible) to find a place that offers a truly hot wing, and I mean a for real, honestly, not kidding, hot wing. But wait, it’s not just crazy hot. B-dubs blazing wings are very good in the complex layers of flavor that can be had. If you don’t like them because they are too hot then too bad for you. If you do, then you know what I’m talking about. No extra dippy sauce needed with these since they actually make the hot heat right and you don’t want your morning to be that regretful. 2 — The beer. They have a good selection that is ever improving. I drink only craft beers and I enjoy tall cold GR craft beer that just keeps on flowing. They do that here. 3 — The atmosphere. B-dubs is a good place for large and small crowds. There is always something to stare at while mowing down your wings n’ beer. PS: The fried pickles are flipping awesome! I just recently had them and I feel like I have so much lost time to make up for in eating them.

Food is fine but it’s the service levels have consistently gone downhill with each passing visit. On our last visit the service and staff were so grossly uninvolved and distracted and I’m sharing in hopes that the restaurant changes. On our last visit we noticed a young toddler waddling around the isle near our booth by the claw game. It soon became apparent that it was one of the servers’ kids as she would periodically check on the child or corral the tike back to a nearby empty table with a few toys. As 2 year olds are, the child didn’t stay seated for long and soon other servers were picking the child up, swinging her around, playing with her, and yes, putting her and her visible diaper on the to-go/register counter, where food sits. All this while people around us sat with empty glasses, and in our case, the food runner stopped to talk to the bevy of young servers playing with the child at the front counter while holding our food. It was annoying, showed poor customer service skills, and it’s just plain unhygienic to serve food off a counter that didn’t appear to get a wipe down after the toddler stood and sat on it. I realize that having this experience could(and maybe should) highlight servers low wages and the difficulty of paying for childcare or other basic needs off tipped income. I am a big proponent that all service employees should make a livable wage to have a basic, comfortable standard of living. However, in the interest of not getting controversial, can we agree that staff members will not have kids stand or sit on counters where food is served??? Please and thank you.

Food was cold and took forever to get service during a slow hour with a lot of workers walking around! Even 10 minutes to bring our bill!

We had a large group for dinner during the NCAA basketball Elite 8 weekend and we had exceptional service! We all enjoyed our dinner and despite how busy the restaurant was, all of our needs were attended to. One of my best experiences at a BWW!

HOCKEYFANSBEWARE. I came on June 8th for the Hawks Tampa game. However this wasn’t even the featured game. My party had to beg to get some TV’s switch the Stanley Cup Playoffs. They refused to play it’s audio too. The vast majority of people were there for the game. Service was mediocre at best and our orders were messed up. Won’t be returning.

Good service, lots of TVs, nothing more that you can ask for at a BDubs. Prices are good, and the food is super filling. Workers a bit slow when there are a lot of people, and their drink specials aren’t anything to go nuts about, but if you want wings, sports, and beer, this is probably the place to go.

This is BYFAR the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever been to! My wife and I stopped their for a late afternoon lunch a few weeks ago to avoid the crowds. The restaurant wasn’t busy so I am still trying to figure why it took a half an hour to get our drinks and almost an hour for our food. This was the second time that we’ve been there and have had the same terrible service. I’ll go back to any other BW3 but not a chance in hell back to the 28th St. location.

I ordered the big jack burger, 8 asian zing boneless wings, and a pepsi. Lets start with the burger the big jack has pulled pork with honey bbq on the burger along with 2 onion rings. The burger was very tasty. Not going to say it’s the best burger ever but well above average. As for the wings, BW3’s has the best wings. I love the honey bbq or the asian zing. The asian wings are awesome! They are deceptively hot. You’ll eat 5, 10, maybe 15 and be perfectly fine then you eat 1 more and BAM your mouth is on fire. You can drink milk and the fire goes out then you eat 1 more and bam the fire flares right back. Yowza though do they ever taste Sooooo good! Lastly they were attentive to keeping my pop filled up. Bdubs is pricey however the prices are right on par with other good wing places. You can have good or cheap, almost never can you have both!

Just grabbing drinks for the time being with some friends. Service is always great here at this location. Many tv’s going on with tons of different sports going on, not a bad experience overall.

This restaurant is fine. The food is fine, the service is mediocre but nothing grossly errant has happened on our dozen trips there. Their hostess did forget to bring us a highchair for out baby, so I had to go looking for one myself. Annoying but not the end of the world.

Always great. Best wings in the city. Quick service and coloring for the kid. This is a weekly staple.

For the past four years my friends and I have frequented this BW3 location to watch UFC events, and in the past year the quality of food has dropped dramatically. Everything is a disappointment: Stale bread for sandwiches, overcooked wings that are dry and rock hard, and draft beer what tastes like vinegar(a sign that they don’t clean the lines from the keg). The service has also slumped and the main goal of the wait staff is to push bottles of their wing sauce, not refill your drink or serve your food on time. Worst of all the prices have skyrocketed. My wings, appetizer, and spoiled beer came to $ 27 and that’s simply outrageous. The spoiled beer really bothers me. I told the waitress it tasted bad and she replaced with a glass that somehow tasted worse. I didn’t finish it, but I was still charged for both glasses. This is unacceptable service, especially considering the large volume of Bar and Grill establishments in Grand Rapids.

Great place to hang out with your friends and watch the game. No matter where you sit in this place you can see at least one HUGE screen and 4 smaller screens. The shrimp is good. Watch out on the sauces… they get pretty hot… If you are going there game day… get their early cause parking can be a challenge… and also finding a seat.

Lots of different flavors of Buffalo wings. Continuous national Trivia competition. Big screens for sports. This is a fun place!
