Just as another reviewer pointed out, four stars for speed and convenience. This is one of those Chinese restaurants I really like where the owners are often crazy yelling at each other in Chinese, might not be actual arguing but for sure yelling up a storm. They’ll then turn back to you with the best smile they can pull off and take your order. Their English is terrible but that’s all a part of the experience. They do have tables inside so you can sit and eat inside.
Yes they do have a sign that says they prefer cash but do take credit. From what I discovered, if your ordering something over $ 10’ish then they don’t mind credit as much. However, with lesser priced orders they really don’t want credit. If you are going to pay credit, it is wise to keep your cash out of sight when paying. If they see it, they will ask for it.
The food is really good, some dishes better than others, I’ve for sure have had much worse Chinese cuisine at higher end Chinese restaurants. Food is made from quality ingredients, fresh and fast. Their lunch selection is much more tamed down than what they offer for dinner. I’m impressed at the vastly wide selection of items on the dinner menu. Several of their dishes are hard to find at other similar establishments. Their hot ‘n sour soup is very good and they give you those little crunchy bits to put on top. There always seem to be a pretty steady flow of customers coming and going and phone is usually ringing. I also like how they have all available condiments, silverware etc sitting out so you can just grab what suites you.
Like every place in the world, prices have increase over time. As of early 2016, typical lunch charge is $ 6.50 a dish but you do get a lot. A recent dinner dish (size 1 quart) and a small soup came to $ 13.56, but again it was enough to split between two people.

This place is not fine dining but I have never been disappointed as a fairly regular customer. I’d say I have eaten there twice a month for the last year. Fresh food and good quality for a strip mall Chinese place. In fact I’m about to put in an order.

I’m not exactly into this place but I unfortunately have to go with my coworkers occasionally. Most of my experiences have been during the evening hours, the food is ok not bad but definitely not good.
I got into an interesting discussion /​debate with the one of the owners the other night because they prefer that you paying cash so they don’t have to ring you up and I assume they don’t have to pay taxes or the credit card /​debit card fees. When I opened my wallet to pay with my debit card she said that she wanted my cash and I said no I needed that for something else and then the debate started lol. Funny Eh…

Food is great for what it is! Owners are always cooking themselves whenever I’ve been there and they recognize their regulars with a smile. The lunch buffet can’t be beat for the price and has a small, but varied selection.

Food was 2 – 3 stars, not great, sort of like fast food. Had a pretty bad experience with them so I will never come back. They got my order wrong, and I took it home (not knowing) and finally got a chance to eat it about 2 hours later (I have kids I was putting to bed, feeding, etc) So I finally open it, and it’s the wrong food. No big deal, I’ll just call them up right?
I call them, they yell at me for ordering wrong (?) and then say something else I didn’t understand (very poor English). So they put somebody else on the phone who yells at me that I ordered 2 hours ago and then they hung up (!). What?! Who hangs up on a customer when I was being polite! I call them back and say that it was sort of rude to do that (maybe it’s a culture thing?) and that I’d like to order (and pay for) the correct meal. They yelled at me again saying I already ordered 2 hours ago. I politely told them nevermind and that I’ll never be back.
The décor is awful. Everything in there looks borrowed and like it’s been around for 15 years. The place is just icky in every sense. If they treat their décor and customers like garbage, guess what the food is like…
Fortunately Shanghai Ichiban is nearby and 100 times better I found. Fast, polite, clean. Much better.

I just can’t get enough of this place! The customer service is amazing. I go there a lot and end up getting some surprise extra that they put in my bag for free! I will be honest and say that the people who work there do not speak fluent English and sometimes will mess up your order. Also, the Mongolian beef is not what you would normally call a Mongolian beef. Just a heads up, but overall, such a great place with reasonable pricing and great food!

First I felt like I was annoyance walking in. I was the only one in there at 6 pm and before I even picked up a menu I was asked what I wanted and stared at until I made my choice 45 seconds later. I paid more than what I’m accustomed to, but I’ve had a bad day and I’m worth it (don’t judge). The food was made and ready in less than 5 minutes. It’s ok. There’s nothing wrong with it but I’m not impressed either. It’s close to home and fast but I think I’ll reserve Chinese food for when I’m at work and have more choices.

Fast, convenient and friendly! I love their beef lo-​mein. Also, I highly recommend their spring rolls. Delicious!!!

I first have to say I’m picky with food and Chinese food! Here It’s not bad food, and yes they are quick! So getting it hot n fast is strange to me for any Asian food. But again not bad. We normally get it for lunch at work, once a every two weeks. Just don’t expect great food. Keep in mind I never had this place after 1pm! The General Tao is good, and so is the fried rice. No one has complained except for the lack of shrimp in all the shrimp dishes. But that might be due to lunch specials at $ 5.

They get 4 stars for their convience! They can whip you up a mean in 5 minutes and that is what I call service! The food is decent, hot, and hits the spot.
They are super pleasant and their prices are on point. You can get a nice lunch there for under $ 5. SHAZAM!
