Grrr! You know that saying, don’t bite the hand that feeds you? Well, the gaming industry hasn’t. I came here to turn in games for cash and you know, it’s the greatest rip off EVER. Seriously, borrow some money and sell your used games on Amazon. In fact, wait a little and BUY your used games on Amazon or Gamefly. They’ll be at least as cheap as here. I used to think this place was the greatest as a kid back when an employee steered me away from some game whose name I can’t even remember and towards Okami instead! but now it’s just hard to ignore the way they don’t care about totally ripping off their customer base. The only thing they have going for them is that they do promotions where you turn in games and can get a percentage off a game purchase, but as far turning in games for cash, pleaseee don’t.
I brought a game here to trade in and the guy behind the counter said they couldn’t take it because it was still sealed so I, of course, promptly decided to take care of that with my car keys. No! He warned, that wasn’t good enough, I would have to go home, unseal it and come back tomorrow. Needless to say, I didn’t.
