Haven’t been to taco bell for awhile and don’t intend to go back. I didn’t see a item that I used to order, a side of rice with enchilada sauce and cheese on top but the person taking my order said it was available. What I received was a quarter cup of dry white rice ($ 1.49) and when I asked for the sauce and cheese I was told that cost extra ! The snarky staff seem to prove that customer service is an oxymoron at taco bell.

They love to add onions! Even if you don’t order them!
However, although I’m sad the LAVA sauce is gone… the new CHIPOTLE sauce is a pretty good substitute!
This place is quick, easy, next to my hotel and they always seem friendly!
