This place is really hit or miss. It’s a local mom and pop pizza place in Eastown. It was my go to for a late night pie until I started getting more misses than hits. The last time I ordered from Gino’s I got a pepperoni pizza and the pepperonis were bad. It ended up in the trash and I’ve not been able to bring myself to order from them again.

This is the most disgusting order of wings I have ever seen. It is horrible. When I called to ask what happened the owner said he made them himself. He’s not good at making wings. The pizza is a 3 out of 10. Overall this place is bad

Great, authentic pizza pie. Mildly sweet sauce, flavorful crust with a nice crunch and thickness, fresh toppings all combine for the real deal, not like the chain shops. Fast, friendly service during a busy rush for them! I was impressed with the product and the service! I’ll be back for more! Give them a try and I guarantee you’ll be happy you spent a couple extra bucks to support a local biz! I’ll definitely be back!

My «around the corner» pizza place, which I also enjoyed when I lived in the area in my college years(longer ago than I like to think!) The place has soul, the pizza and subs solid if not spectacular.

Poorly executed effort here. This could be a great mom and pop place, but they’ve lost their way with the pizza. Flavorless crust, oddly sweet sauce, and toppings that slide off the crust with the first bite.

By far one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and down home people. Most people that have complaints come in overly intoxicated. The pizza can be greasy so ensuring you have plenty of napkins is important. I recommend going in and picking up a pizza. Their subs are awesome as well!

Totally decent, standard GR Mom & Pop pizza shop. Three stars might be generous cause it’s hit or miss. But I understand where the rave reviews come from. Many wannabe scenesters and college kids come out of the East Town bars all bleary-eyed and sweat-faced, drunk on cheap bottled beer, cheap vodka, and theses folks need something to keep them from dry heaving on their walk home or back to their dorms. Pizza makes people, especially drunk sorts of people, so happy. So what if it’s a forgettable slice of pizza? At 3am, that’s all you could ever want. I’ll be back.

Great pizza! I always go and it never fails. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu though. The service is always fast and friendly. No complaints here.

Maybe it’s because I was hungry… Maybe it’s because I was drunk… Either way, I thought Gino’s was decent. The pizza sub I had was nice and hot with lots of ham, pepperoni, gooey cheese and pizza sauce for $ 5.

This is the worst pizza in Grand Rapids(maybe Michigan)!! I’ve drove by it plenty of times and finally thought I’d give it a try. It looks more like a Mom & Pop pizza place that could be a good kept secret… wrong. The prices are higher like a gourmet pizza joint($ 10 for a small 2 topping) but the quality is horrible. The crust is thin and burnt on the edges… the toppings(blah) and cheese(blah) slid off every slice as you picked it up… and the sauce is completely tasteless. How does this place stay in business?
