Terrible. Pizza is decent but not nearly good enough to choose over other closer options. Used to be worth it for 1.25 but they’ve since raised their prices. What little vegetables they have are always withered. They used to have a bunch of awesome cheeses and some deli meat but those were long gone the last few times I’ve gone in there. Worst offense: most of the staff is rude as hell. Like, make you feel like you’re doing something wrong by coming in the store. Before they got their iPad they would LITERALLY roll their eyes at me when I tried to pay with card. Skip this place.

I ordered a pizza at 11 pm on a Sunday and the person I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly rude I had to cancel my order. They are the only place open so late… yet they dont«want» to take your order if you call an entire hour before they close. hmm…

Was very disappointed with the fried chicken over cooked and dry(Pic; looked like baked chicken but yet it was fried chicken) Fries ok, potato salad not my thing so didn’t eat then a roll really didn’t ask for a load of carbohydrates. You could offer a small salad or Cole slaw. New in town and didn’t know a place to order from and my only choose was to use Yalp I only had 2 options. Thanks anyway I needed something to eat. I think the $ 5 delivery charge is high but I guess it’s the city… Then you have to feel guilty for not tipping the driver…

It’s not always perfect, but it’s never bad. There’s something interesting about this place. It’s worth giving it a try.

Omg. This is the best pizza I have had EVER. The sandwiches on fresh croissants were delicious. They catered a party for 25 of my family and they were Sooo nice.

This was singlehandedly the worst pizza I have ever had. It wasn’t just bad, it was inedible. The only redeeming quality was the six pack of beer I ordered to wash it down with, and fortunately, that was made off site.

There cheese pizza single slices are awesome! Great sauce and cheese as well as very cheap prices! You can get 2 slices and a can of pop for under $ 5! Whenever i go to the area im gonna get a slice! I could eat pizza every day and would easily munch this stuff.

If you like Gordon food service quality foods this is your generic place to get it, they don’t do anything special really except use the cheapest ingredients they can find… Best option is to probably not eat here…

This place has good pizza, no doubt about it, but I had to take off 4 stars for their shady business practices. They need to educate themselves on business laws because it is ILLEGAL to charge a «convenience fee» at checkout without any sort of disclaimer. They have no signage that explains this fee, nor do their employees make you aware that they are charging you. They just tell you the total, then add the charge after without any sort of warning. It’s also illegal to add this charge to debit cards. I take MAJOR issue with this as I have brought this to their attention yet they have done nothing to fix it. Next stop is the BBB because Rinaldi’s is breaking the law and this is completely unacceptable. It’s also outrageous to charge as much as they do for their food and still add the charge. It’s a really shitty business practice in my book, and until they correct this I will no longer support this business. To the owners: if you are unsure of business laws, maybe you should sign up for a refresher course. Grand Rapids has endless resources for people who are willing to learn.

I found this little place while looking at stores in Grand Rapids. Since living in Michigan I have yet to find a real good authentic pizza place. The pizza I got here«1 slice of pepperoni» was the best authentic tasting pizza I have had in Michigan since living out here. It was greasier than most pizzas I have tried in Michigan. But true authentic Neapolitan pizza is typically greasier as a result of higher quality cheese. The pizza could have had a bit more of a «crunch» to it, but that was really the only thing lacking. The place is not the nicest looking décor wise, as it is super small and cramped, but hey, every entrepreneur has to start somewhere, right? That being said, they do sell other things there, which I can’t really comment on. But it is definitely a pizza joint and I, personally, probably wouldn’t order anything other than a pizza or a sub there. GOODJOBRINALDI!

Possibly my favorite no-frills pizza in Grand Rapids. They are open after the bar, and located along my route home which makes for some dangerous conditions. They have big pepperoni slices for $ 1.50, and the pizza is usually fairly fresh and hot. The quality of their cheese and pepperoni is outstanding — very fresh and flavorful on both accounts. Rinaldi’s also has very inexpensive grab n’ go sandwiches with very high quality cold cuts and cheeses, nice if you’re pressed for time or out of food at home. They do also have a decent selection of beer and wine to-go. Be forewarned: the owners(usually the ones working there) are a bit«old school» and extremely conservative. Don’t be surprised if you get yelled at for swearing or espousing liberal ideals. I just keep my mouth shut, get my slices and go.

As a former restaurant owner from the Chicago area, I’ve been to and dined at some great places. I have extremely high standards and expect a lot! If you read my other reviews, you’ll see I’m pretty tough on food establishments. But GR does have some excellent places… but this one is a definite pass! I ordered a burrito because the employee told me it was fantastic with high-quality ingredients. He charged me at first $ 8.95 for the burrito! Yikes, I told him I wanted it dry, so he changed the price to $ 5.95. As I sat and watched him make the burrito, I kept telling myself, «Don’t worry… it’ll be good… he said it would be!» Well, after I watched him mircowave the ingredients, I knew I was going to be in for a culinary treat! I got the burrito home, opened the soggy mess of ingredients and took a bite. Man was it bad! I guess the positive side of things was that after two or three bites I couldn’t eat any more and my hunger was gone! The place was dingy, one of the display’s on one of the fountain machines said«needs cleaning». I’m glad I didn’t get a drink from that machine! I’ll give a lot of places a benefit of the doubt, but there is no way I’ll give this place a second chance. My recommendation is to stay away. Just as a comparison, Taco Bell would be a gourmet place compared to Rinaldi’s!

I tried this place because here and Vito’s were the only two places open during the late night munchies, and Vito’s Unilocal reviews weren’t too impressive. Plus, this place was right down the street from my house. They actually have beer, which I found amusing and impressive. It’s almost like a mini convenience store in there. The pizza was alright, nothing spectacular. My friend ordered feta cheese on his pizza, and they dumped loads of it in some spots on the pizza which made it WAY too rich, while leaving others bare. It was like eating around a dairy landmine. The cheese bread was disappointing. It was literally a sub roll with cheese in it, and the whole thing was baked. Poor man’s cheese bread. I guess what I lost in quality I gained in convenience. That being said, the owner was nice and Unilocal savvy so I give him an extra star for that.

This is a very tiny pizza shop that is half convenience store(Milk, wine, pre-wrapped sub sandwiches, ice cream treats, etc.) The Pizza was decent and a good price.
