Here’s a Haiku I composed in honor of the Pfeiffer Lincoln Dealership on 28th street:
I call for service;
Everyone there is quite rude.
I go elsewhere now
Is it really so annoying to help someone who requires maintenance or an oil change? Why are most local dealerships run so poorly? I have no idea, but it sure makes me miss being fortunate enough to go to the better ones. (The Harvey Cadillac and the Delta Audi dealerships were always great, and I sure miss that level of service…)
