My family had some friends over, and we decided on getting some pizza for dinner. Even though this particular location is relatively close to our house, we decided on delivery. Upon placing my order over the phone, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I was floored when I heard this, especially as it was a Saturday night, so I was pretty excited. I told them that I had a coupon for 2 pizzas at $ 10 each. The lady told me that it was for Mediums, and not larges. After getting off the phone, I noticed that my coupon was indeed for ANY size pizzas. So, I figured that the next day I would take my receipt back up to the store, and show them, as I knew the delivery driver wouldn’t be able to correct the error. A half hour went by, and then another half hour went by. I finally called to ask where our pizzas were. I was told that the driver couldn’t find the house, so he brought them back to the store. I repeated the address, and was told that they input the street name incorrectly. I was so irate that I forgot to ask what the purpose of providing my phone number was. They also informed me that they’ll send out a driver as soon as one gets back. And, they had no time frame of when our pizzas would arrive. Beyond furious, I drove up the store myself to get our food. As soon as stepped foot inside, I politely asked to speak to a manager. I told him what happened, that I was upset, along with the coupon issue, and he brought up my receipt. He looked at the incorrect address, and then right below that was my phone number that was incorrect as well. Without any other discussion, he said that he voided the order completely which was 2 pizzas, an order of bread sticks, and two 2 liters of pop — an order of $ 40.00. And he gave me my coupon back to use another time. He brought the pizzas to me to check them out, just to make sure they were what I ordered, and offered to bring them out to the car with me. My blood pressure quickly declined, as the manager(didn’t catch his name) made the wise, and easy decision. And THAT’S how you correct a pretty big mistake. It didn’t make up for the hour wait, but still was very satisfying, nonetheless.

These guys could use a lesson in hygiene. Texting and making food. Rubbing head and making food. This place is gross. Waitress was great. Health inspector please!!!
