The Inn looked very nice. Price was good, furnishings were current and in good shape. Bathroom was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Our first room stunk, literally. It smelled so badly of mold/mildew that we requested a new room. Our new room smelled better, but there were 4 dead bugs floating in the toilet and a big spider on the curtain. Also, the cold water was only a trickle.

Thank you Red Roof for being so accommodating to my family. We have one large dog, two kids, and two adults. The price was very affordable. My kids are little and when we are out of town we like to co-spleep. Every hotel we called wanted to charge extra for the dog… and wanted us to have two beds for the amount of people in our room. When calling Red Roof they made booking easy and were upfront about all costs. There was no dog fee and we slept in a king room with out a problem. The cleaning staff was great and attentive. The rooms were small but nicely decorated and very clean. I want to thank Michelle for working front desk during our stay and assisting with my questions and any room essentials we needed. She has wonderful customer service skills and is a great asset to this company. I also want to thank the lady working in the laundry room on 05⁄17 for going out of your way right as you were about to leave to get my kids towels… Thank you everyone! Great hotel! oh and there was free coffee 24⁄7 which is a must have with this latino family :)

When I walked in, I was impressed with the remodeling, but was puzzled by the wood laminate floor. I was charged $ 59 + tax, by an unfriendly young lady. It’s obvious that the price increase was spent on updating the room. Although the rooms were non smoking, the room had a strange odor, and there were cigarette burns on the bedding. The air conditioning unit needed vacuuming, and the paint in the bathroom was already peeling

Stayed here one night in summer of 2012, and while the décor looked as though it hailed from a time of shoulder pads and Jheri Curl, the room was incredibly, impeccably clean. We paid extra for the king room with the fridge, and it was well worth it. A/C worked great, the room was quiet & we slept super-well. Not fancy by any means, but I’d stay there again if I were in the area.

Nicely updated but not to clean. The ice around the cars was horrible. No house keeping the second day.

So, what do you do when it’s a snowcalypse kind of night, your friends didn’t make it to you because of ICY roads, and you don’t want to become the next car wreck while driving to them? CHEAPMOTELNIGHT! Red Roof was simple to book online, inexpensive, and surprisingly clean. Even in the snow, it was an easy walk next door to buy a hot apple pie, a much better ending to the day than sliding into a ditch.

For a motel, it is just fine. I did not want to spend big money for a 1 night stay. Rooms start at $ 39. My room was clean, the king-sized bed was just fine, and with the heat on, I was pretty comfortable. It is located very near to the freeway, which made commuting very convenient. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. I didn’t really like being on the first floor, and the neighbors were kind of loud. The bathroom is small, but functional, and the provided soap and shampoo are not very good(bring your own). Also: there are no irons in the room, so if you have to look nice the next day, perhaps bring your own? I was pleasantly surprised, though, and if I needed to return to GR for a night, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.
