I am from out of town and had drinks there last week. Service was great as our waitress was very sweet and helpful. Didn’t realize till the next morning I left my jacket there and had an early flight that morning. I called around 10am to verify they still had my jacket. They did and I explained to them that I was about to get on a plane and is there any way they could mail it to me. The manager agreed to do that and I got my jacket earlier this week. What great customer service and next time I am in Grand Rapids I will for sure be going back to The BOB.

Yikes. Wanted to grab a drink an app and watch the game in GR. My water came in a glass that must not have been washed from the beer it previously held. Chips and salsa fair. Calamari was very good. Service was slow … Need to work on this one

Terrible organization during NYE. By 10:30 pm, no one was allowed on the fourth floor(the club area) and none of the other floors had the same level of entertainment/activities/fun as that floor. There was no explanation that the fourth floor club would be off-limits a few hours into the night. Drinks overpriced for their quality, unfriendly staff, etc. Maybe this place is good on a typical night, but the extent to which they screwed over my group and I on one of the biggest party nights of the year makes me sure I’ll never go there again.

So sick of a great place being so sexist. I get great service by the women with smashed together cleavage while my my wife stands there waiting for any service what so ever. Sorry, I don’t tip when disrespected and treated so unprofessionally. This place has so much potential. Don’t forget that the biggest tips come from the boyfriend, husband or female treated like the most important customer. Coming from a multi-business owner.

I love the B.O.B for a few reasons– great location, fantastic thin crust pizzas, etc, but the cocktails are so «hit or miss» that I can barely give it three stars. Cosmopolitans in warm glasses with a ton of cranberry juice… They should be light pink, not RED. Ugh! Terrible. My sister ordered a margarita and it came in a water glass with a few ice cubes. Come on!!! The drinks are not cheap, and it was not busy. This has been the case a few times now. It’s a shame because Gilmore family usually has consistent food and service at their restaurants:-(

Quite possibly the worst place in the world for a night out. New Years Eve was especially terrible, considering we bought tickets but then still had to wait in a large line. Come to find out there was no line out back, but no one knew about it. If you’re going to one restaurant/bar specifically and staying there all night, it might not be terrible, but we went with a large group and the B.O.B. was a bad choice. The staff was very unfriendly and were very rude to all of us. Don’t recommend it for a night out in Grand Rapids. Go to Mojo’s-way more fun.

This place is a major anchor for downtown, I’m not always a fan of bars, in particular popular ones, as they seem to be a major«meat market» attraction. But, the BOB really puts a lot of effort into being a part of the culture of Grand Rapids. There are a few different restaurants and venues in the building, and it seems to all flow seamlessly. Dr. Grins, so far, has been my favorite venue. Really professional comedy atmosphere. The food is good, not mind blowing, but good. Service is what is to be expected, always busy so no matter how good the servers are, they always seem to be trying to catch up. But they are friendly. During Artprize, this is a major venue.

Big space in Grand Rapids. I was there for an event relatee to work. I did not really enjoyed the food, but dessert were awesome. At the lower floor, nice patio out side an full bar inside with live bands
