Horrible experience, there was only one girl working the entire floor. I had to get her attention and she had no idea what product I was referring to, I brought it up on my I phone and proceeded to show her and her response was that she has«never seen that product before and it must be new» and then proceeded to walk away. I called a different Ulta and they did indeed have the product and knew right away what product I was referring to. I will definelty be driving out of my way next time to go to an Ulta where they knew their products and offer more assistance.

Don’t shop here. With $ 152 worth of products rung up, credit card ready, and one even exchange for a $ 5 hair comb –brunette for blond–(no receipt) they tried to charge me $ 4.30 for the exchange. «We have to charge the lowest price ever offered on that comb, $.69.» But It’s still for sale for $ 5 — I just grabbed one to replace the other.?! No sale. So mad I left all the product there. That’s great training and management. Never going back.

I was not a fan of this place. My wife had a gift card to use and just ordered online. The store was so crowded and the aisles were all in a haphasard way so you have to snake though the store. Just layed out poorly… or actually designed to make you look at everything.
