Very friendly and pretty well stocked given the size of the shop. I’ve only purchased from them once, but they had the exact 1911 I wanted for a fair price. Will definitely be checking with them on any future purchases to see what they can do.

I got my first fireman from here. I am a beginner and I do my research before i buy anything, so I knew what I wanted. The shop had the firearm(s&w SD9VE) and a better price than the big name competitors I contacted. Jaime taught me a lot about the gun, the basics, how to take it apart, put it together, some of the terms that are new to me, and was really cool. When i came back to pick up the firearm after the waiting period, Kendall helped me out again to refresh my memory with things. Terry is a really cool guy too, seems like everyone likes working in the shop, and i like going there, the atmosphere is great and everyone is really cool. no fake personalities or fake smiles just real genuine people, and that is what comforts me especially since I’m still learning. I will get all my ammo, accessories, and future firearms from here, we need to help out family business when we can and keep our money in our city, so I’ll be lifer at Get Loaded. Plus they have a really clean website you can browse before you go in, but the shop has a huge selection and they also service your equipment.

Great Deals! Gun Experts! I bought my first handgun a few months ago and the staff was extremely helpful. The process was quick and very efficient. Everyone, including other customers are very welcoming. Small business but they are very well stocked. Their name and business are good to know in the IE. They are respected at other shops and ranges. This will be Thee Only shop I buy from and support in the future.

The employee was great and friendly 5 stars, very knowledgeable. The owner is the reason for 2 stars. Without his employee it’d be 1 star. One thing that bothers me the most about gun store owners is when they don’t know what their talking about, especially when it comes to legality. They do this for a living, they should know. A .22lr rifle isn’t an assault weapon under 30″ its 26″, a factory 18″ barrel isn’t a short barrel rifle either and being accused of trying to transfer a short barrel assault weapon with his angry accusing voice was ludicrous, thank goodness he didn’t ask why there isn’t a bullet button on a .22lr rifle. He sounded like a gun hating politician making ridiculous false accusations. After my short explanation its a .22lr rifle with 18″ barrel and is above 26″, he says«oh» and walks away. How about sorry for raising your voice and yelling accusing me like a criminal on how much trouble I’d be in and scaring your two new customer I brought in. The employee’s with knowledge was speechless, eyes wide as the owner was pissed while accusing me. Left a sour taste, I was a regular and brought many customers in. Also being there on other occasion I watched how the owner was talking to a customer who wanted information on what upgrade to buy for their rifle. His advice wasn’t friendly, ill informed with condescending tone. Once that customer left the owner keeps talking crap about him. Then comes the topic of CCW. Boy where do I start. «Carry illegally so you can carry any guns you want vs. getting a legal license which limits you to 3 pistol only» What?! made absolutely no sense. *total face palm moment* I’ll return for the current employees if I have to, but I’d avoid speaking to the owner if possible. Your experience may vary. My first 10+ visits was fine with no interaction with owner. What he did and said, not cool. I can see many new customers coming in or first time gun owners getting bad advice. Which doesn’t not help 2nd amendment supporters and image of gun owners at all.

Terry and his staff are awesome. Anyone who leaves a review should be leaving 5 stars… If your background doesn’t allow you to own a firearm don’t leave a review. If you are looking for a gun, buy one here.

Great service by a young lady named Kendyll. Took the time out for me and my wife to example each gun to us and answer any question we may have had, which we were in there for like 2 hours. Also was very detailed in the training how the gun works. I will buy my next gun from there for sure!!!

I spoke to Terry on the phone today and he told me he didn’t charge me the 35% for restocking fee. He charged me for the back ground check and he charged me for the test for fire arms safety. The thing is,(and I told him this), is that I already paid the $ 25.00 to take the test when I took it(my card had to be swiped twice because it didn’t go through the first time) So, in essence, I’ve been charged twice for the test that is now useless to me. He told me on the phone that the $ 55.00 is a lot less than the 35% restocking fee. Whatever. How can someone deal with that? I just chalk this up to a major loss. When I get my clearance back, I will go somewhere else to purchase my firearm. I think he should NOT charge me twice for a test that I took. I agree with the background charge but paying $ 50.00 to take a test that other people pay $ 25.00(and so did I). That is SHADY.

I loved this place went to warrior one walked right out its a bit pricey but they didn’t even welcome you in then we went to turners my husband has purchased two firearms from them before. and they were packed like usual but they are rude and they rush you. My husband went for something small for a ccw and the guys trying talking him into something more expensive. Came here and they make you feel welcome we ended up spending more than we had planned but their customers services is what won us over. I recommend this place to anyone that does not want to get ripped off they will be honest and earned our business.

Great People and Terry the owner is very open and helpful. Met him at the Ontario Gun show and felt like he wanted to help me unlike the others gun shops there. I have been shooting all my life and have a nice collection of guns, but was looking for an additional CCW gun as I am half way through my Registration process, Terry also knew the deputy that I interviewed with at SB County. Another plus is that he is a Dillon Reloading dealer and has all the dies and parts for my re-loader. You can be sure that I will be telling everyone that they need to visit them for the best service around.

Bought my first Sig 226 Scorpion from Terry! Called him way to many times to check on it and ask when it would be in. He was patient and treated me like family. I will be a customer for life. Incredible knowledge and professional– all with above and beyond customer service. Thanks Get Loaded!

Drove from O.C. To the Ontario Gun show and was very impressed with these guys. I was a jerk to the guy running the booth because the guns were blocked by «lookers»… I was actually there to buy a gun and pissed these people wouldn’t move. He was cool with me though and showed me from the other side the guns I requested. Long story short two Sigs later and a ton of bullets, I will continue to drive all the way from O.C. To spend my money here. Quality people, quality service and very reasonable on pricing.

I would highly recommend this place. The guys never talk down to you like all the other gun shops do. This place rocks. Their prices are good, but their service is top of the line. I purchased some re-loads and they work great. Very helpful staff. A+. I forgot to add, they had a gun made for my wife and it came out bad ass.

Finally a gun shop in Grand Terrace! All my experiences with this gun shop and Terry(the owner) have been great. The first time I walked in I had no intentions of buying anything and Terry still made me feel comfortable and welcomed, we talked about guns for a couple of hours. I since have gone back numerous times to buy ammo, ammo boxed and just recently purchased a colt defender and Ruger 10⁄22 takedown. Terry gave me a great price on both of these guns and actually sold them cheaper than any of surrounding gun shops. Definitely drop by and check them out.
