Great for weight lifting witch I do! 24hr gym also nice, I work out late anywhere from 10pm-​2am great time to work out no one is there. At $ 30 a month it’s a pretty fair price for a clean 24hr gym. Other pluses include free childcare, tanning (extra), free group classes, and lots of free weights.
Negatives tho…
No service after reg hours, so no towels at night, easy fix paper towels, told the owner never fixed.
They have and advertise for smoothies the year that I’ve worked out there, no one has ever bean there to make a smoothie, when I ask no one knows how. To top it off rude staff especially the younger ones that act like you a thorn in your side when you have a question. The owner Derick and manager Tony are nice and have always taken care of me tho.

Great place to workout, Tons of different machines to choose from. I love the group room, you can do your own workout with bikes, medicine balls, and rollers to choose from. Also did I mention it’s open 24⁄7 !
