What has happened to Kentucky Fried Chicken? Nothing tastes the same anymore. The coleslaw is all wrong, chopped instead of shredded and so dry. The«mashed potatoes» are clearly from a box. The breading on the chicken was soggy, so disappointing. I know these are franchises and I don’t know if this one is just been cutting corners but there’s something wrong with KFC! I want someone to tell me what’s going on. I was driving through Illinois a few months ago, I stopped into the KFC in Joliet. It tasted great, it was just like I remembered from years ago.(right down to the buttery yummy biscuit) This will be the last time I spend $ 25 on a meal deal from KFC

After ordering food through the drive thru, I waited at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes without getting greeted or anything. As I was driving away(without my food) I watched a lady get out of her truck from taking a smoke break with her kitchen apron still on. Classy!

Honestly one of the worst-run stores I’ve ever seen of any kind. I don’t hastily write this after a one-time bad experience, but after THREE horrible ones, each of which made me regret going herein the first place. My most recent experience involved an unfortunate situation where I had gone to the KFC in hopes of feasting upon their all-you-can-eat buffet. Sadly, after paying, came across food that was visibly old and unappetizing. Instead of maybe putting some fresh product out, since it was an hour until closing, I was told«It is what it is,» and was unable to get a refund despite the fact that I hadn’t eaten anything. The staff I’ve encountered is filled with high-school age kids that could care less about customer service, and even if they did, wouldn’t know how to address it properly. This is unfortunate because as much as I like the chicken at KFC I found that it’s easier(and I receive much better service) by going to the Martin’s Supermarket right across the way for my chicken needs. I’ve even passed along my concerns to local district management and have gotten no response from them on two separate occasions. I won’t bother with the third complaint; I’ll just stop going to this KFC altogether.
